The customer service aspect of this place is a -0. There's just no point of visiting this location, I spent 45 minutes of my lunch break in the drive thru because I was just so happy to be sitting still that I didn't even notice that I hadn't been acknowledged or even able to place my order. Highly disappointing as well as disrespectful. I'm even surprised they're still in business.

This place is absolutely disgusting! They have flys everywhere. The display of spices has about a half inch of grease and dust on them. The employees have to be the laziest and grossest people you can hire. I watched a guy come in from taking the trash out and not wash his hands or put on gloves and start serving customers. Another employee was working the register and handled cash money and change and immediately went to preparing orders. Floors and tables were greasy too. Also, low health department rating. Eat here at your own risk. The entire place is disgusting and dirty. Can you not get your employees to clean up or care? I bet they tell their family members not to come there. It won’t be long before you’re out of business for killing someone by food poisoning. GROSS AND DISGUSTING AND LAZY NON CARING EMPLOYEES!

The kindest lady ever really helped me out on a DoorDash after somebody really screwed both of us over, her name I think she said was Toya. I just absolutely wanted to give her the biggest shout out she was so kind and helpful and her drive-through line was moving so quickly everything was so clean in the store. Absolutely Tana tan she was so kind and deserves a raise <3

I had my daughter to pick up an eight piece meal. I was given someone else’s food and given their receipt. They will not answer the phone. The food was cold. I paid almost $30 for my food and received way less. The food I received was prepaid for so I’m sure they are highly disappointed too. The food was greasy and cold.

This was my first time at a Popeyes and had a terrible first impression. Drive Thru was already slow and only had 1 car in front of us. We ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos and had to wait at least 10 mins outside the drive thru just to get one of our orders wrong. Went inside for what I thought would be a quick correction and was met with another 10+ minute wait of just being stared at. Food was ok and ill definitely try it again just not this location.
The food was funky and cold. The kitchen was dirty I thought maybe they just got done with a rush but it was just after 3 so maybe too late for lunch and too early for dinner. They had several people just standing around in the back. My chicken legs were slimy and spongy like it wasn’t cooked all the way. We just threw the food away and left. I thought it was really weird the manager was taking pictures of the new hires information on front counter instead of scanning it in or just making a copy of it in the office. She was saying to him I’m just trying to put anybody on the schedule. She probably needs to ask the people in the back to clean that kitchen. The person that took my order was nice.
