This is the best sonic I've ever been too! They never mess up an order which is so rare it's crazy. I go through pelham and have to stop at this sonic, it makes my whole day!

Great Sonic! The girl that brought us our food was super sweet. My husband said she had a Chick-fil-A attitude lol šŸ˜† She didn't do anything extraordinary but just a smile and have a good day! That's all it takes folks!

Queen Sphinx

Ordered 4 wraps 1 burger and a motts stick coming out to around $35. Not only was half of my order not in the bag but 2 wraps weren’t in the bag and the two we did receive weren’t wrapped just rolled in the paper. When did sonic get so expensive? If I’m paying more than I would to go to a restaurant to eat at least put the food in the bag.

Wonderful, prompt service and they brought us exactly what we had ordered. Unfortunately the oil that they cooked the onion rings and the fries in was seriously overdue for a change rendering them barely edible. The coney tasted okay if you could get past the deathly gray color of the hot dog. I will not waste my time or money again unless I knew that they had hired a manager with higher standards and employees who cared more about delivering a quality product than their cell phones and social lives

I enjoy the consistent friendly staff! The food is always hot, and the drink combinations are endless. They have different limited time/seasonal drinks and snacks. I recently tried the fried oreos and cherry limeade mimosa. Both are great!

I hadn't eaten at sonic in Pelham in almost a year bc there were shivers of plastic in mine and sons drinks but I decided to try again the other day and was disappointed in the new crinkle fries they switched to. They were cold and just crunch like eating chips.

I do not know what is my lemonade slush. I contacted sonic and I guess they asked the manager to contact me and they offered a free meal. Which is confusing to me because why would I want anything else from this place if there mess in my drink now. However, I accepted the offer if that's all they could offer. Then the manager ghosted me. I asked how could I redeem it and they haven't replied its been 3 days.

You have to use the app to get half price shakes but was asked to pay cash at the store. The car hop said charge didn't go through, but ended up paying twice.

My boyfriend placed an order for pickup on Friday, 4/12/24. I got JUMBO popcorn chicken. When we got home with it, I tried eating it but couldn’t. It is just batter. There’s barely any chicken worth eating. I called to see if they could refund JUST the popcorn chicken, to which I was told ā€œwe can’t refund anything without the ticket number so if you could bring it to me then I could refund it.ā€ I live 20 minutes away. As someone who has worked in fast food, a shift supervisor at that, I find it hard to believe I have to go all the way back up there in order for them to refund it. I know every restaurant works differently, but I could refund an order from our OLO system with just the name. Why couldn’t I give her the ticket number over the phone? To me it seemed like the lady I talked to just didn’t want to have to deal with it. So, $10 down the drain, and I’m eating at home anyways. I am not looking for anything free, I simply just wanted a refund for the food I can’t eat. Also, filter your fryer! Thanks sonic.
