Waited 15 minutes before my order was taken. The stalls aren’t made for normal cars so you have to get out of your vehicle in order to order your food once you finally get a chance to. Won’t be back

they do not know their own menu items apparently. the first time i went i ordered a cream slush (i even specified the one with soft serve) and they made it for me no issues. every time ive gone since then they have no idea what im talking about. one drive thru girl told me there's no soft serve and it's sweet cream but when i got it, it tasted like nothing what i ordered last time. every time i go i specify i want vanilla SOFT SERVE not sweet cream and they still make it wrong every time.

Appears to be a new Sonic with some indoor tables to eat at. Very nice and even had a couple of couches if you want to eat like at home. Service - they took our order. Took time to prepare it. When it came out. Everything was lukewarm at best. Fries were cold and at the stage of not good anymore. We threw them away Chili dog tasted like they opened a can of Hormel and poured on it. Not the old fashioned chili dog recipe they used to have. One aside: both toilets needed attention. men's was disgusting and toilet clogged. Women's toilet simply wouldn't flush more than about a cup of water at a time.

This was the worse Sonic I have ever been to. I used the drive-thru, the person seemed annoyed that I was even ordering. I had ordered 2 drinks the chicken bites and tots. When I drove up to the window the girl asked me “what did you order?” I told her part of my order and she then said in an annoyed way I need the whole order! So I told her then she laughed, rolled her eyes and gave me my total. I gave her the money and she asked me if I wanted my change back or naw? Like what!?! We left and started to drive and eat and my chicken bites tasted and smelled like they were sprayed with cleaner. I didn’t even eat them. If you do t like your job then don’t work there.

Sat at bay #19 for 7-9 minutes, no one waited on me. Will not be coming back to this location ever. Ended up going to the Sonic closer to Alabaster, AL!!!!

Fast food is not like it use to be. I don't often get fast food because of the poor service and quality. The Sonic Oak Mtn. Pelham location is on point! The food was hot and delicious. The young girl working the drive thru window, I think her name is Raylan? - She is great! She had a great attitude and had the best customer service! Well done!

Waited for 15 minutes at the speaker to order and they weren't even packed out. People are waiting 20-30 minutes on food and drinks and the employees could care less. Would never recommend unless you have plenty of disposable time to waste for mediocre food.

I just came from there and the person/ possible manager wanted to argue what I ordered in the app was incorrect when it clearly shows on my receipt. She refused to make it right. I've never seen such lack of customer service. Then she lied and said i had to change it in the app. I order frequently through the app, you dont have to change anything unless you want something customized. I did call the toll free number regarding this location.
If you DoorDash please do not order from here. They basically ignore us.

They are always bringing out cold and old food. Fries are never made fresh. Burgers are always cold. I ordered the rainbow drink and it looked nothing like the picture. Fries were old and hard. Complained 3 times about the order and they did not care. This Sonic's service and food has been really poor.......
