They make you wait in the line for 30 minutes before ever taking your order and only one car at the window. Then when you do get to the window you wait another 30 minutes!!!

Ordered a garlic butter burger with no grilled onions and some jalapeno poppers. I got the burger with raw onions and mozzarella sticks that were still frozen in the middle. Manager didn’t give a crap and the workers couldn’t care less

I've been here three times. I've had friends and coworkers tell me their horror stories too. Hair in food, I once had two bacon hamburgers and they were missing the BURGER part, literally just had buns and bacon. The employees are EXTREMELY resistant to fixing their mistakes and replace your order with the correct food. The three times I've been there I've waited 20, 40, and 25 minutes for food. On two of the occasions they canceled my order and never brought my food. I have no idea where the 4 star rating is coming from, because this place is TERRIBLE. Avoid at all costs.

This sonic is one if the worst run fast food places I’ve ever been to. We live close by and come here often and regret it every time because of either how long we have to wait in the drive through line or because they mess up our order more often than not. I have to repeat myself multiple times when ordering and somehow it is still always wrong

We waited at one of the ordering booths outside for cars before moving to the drive thru, and neither time were we greeted or acknowledged, so we went somewhere else. A disappointing experience for sure and loss of service from potential customers. Really hope the employees were busy inside and occupied.

I don't think I've been this upset at a drive thru in my life. Worked a 12 hour day and my daughter wanted Sonic. We pulled into the drive thru and right up to the speaker. Waited for 15 min and no one asked to take our order. I thought about pulling in a stall but was like .. we're next so I didn't want to lose my place in line. At that point, I thought the intercom was broken so we pulled up to the window and explained what happened. I was a little irritated but asked to place my order. I was then told they couldn't take my order and said I needed to get back in line. I wasn't happy and she said she'd get the manager. We waited for another 4-5 minutes waiting on a manager. I was so upset at this point , I told my daughter to pull off. I decided to call and ask for the manager to let her know what happened and got all the way back home before she came to the phone. She explained that the 2 people working the window are in training. She then asked, why are you calling .I said your intercom is broken and you should probably close the drive thru . I was told that it wasn't, they didn't know there were cars in line. Btw 5 cars drove off that was behind us. She basically said I could drive all the way back and wait ...then she'd help us. I explained we will not be coming back today or any other day. I placed a mobile order on the app to the other Sonic that is further away. Unfortunately, this isn't the 1st time it's taken quite some time to get food from this location....even with no other customers waiting. I really can't believe the response from the manager either. The other Sonic in Pelham near alabaster is WAY better. Even though it further away, I'll drive to that one.
