I love sonic but today the service was very slow. Also, I wasn’t asked if I wanted a drink, or if I wanted sauces. I kinda feel like that’s standard practice in fast food.

Great smashburger and tots, unfortunately the cherry limeade was filled to the brim and absolutely packed with ice and missing lime. I only had about 5 sips of drink in the large drink, everything else was ice.

Sonic food is sonic food. If you’re eating sonic, you’re either in the middle of nowhere and desperate for substance (like I was), or you’re getting a slushy. Their app doesn’t work with corporate credit cards, which is annoying because that’s the only reason to use the app, for the discounts. But for all other reasons, sonic fulfilled its purpose.

Don’t bother ordering food on the app. You’re still going to wait 20-30 minutes once you arrive. You’re better off just going through the drive-thru. That seems to be their priority.

This sonic is really good, the food. Service and everything else is great. My only problem is their cups or maybe even the cheap products they might be using. I order a cherry slushy that comes in a white Styrofoam cup. Normally its a decent cup and holds its liquid. But today, I ordered 2 slushies and the bottom part of the cup is leaking from various parts, as if the cup is to cheap to hold its liquid. Just keep an eye out for sonics faulty cups.

This Sonic is always fast and has great service and food. They have an inside space you can sit and eat if you don’t want to sit in your car.

They could not get our food right. 3 of us ordered groovy sauce and they didnt give us any until we asked for it and she had several on her tray and only gave us one of them. They gave my daughter tots when she ordered fries. We sent the tots back and asked for the fries and they never brought them back until we asked someone else for them. My other daughter ordered a plain cheeseburger and they gave us a dressed hamburger. Then my friend paid for his food and they told him payment didn't go through and they ran his card again only for him yo pull up his acct and find that it did go through.

The burgers were good and hot but the fries were very cold.

We liked the dining area and how it had lots of games to play.

Terrible service. High school kids making TikTocs and blocking the drive thru lane around 9 p.m. on a Friday night... yes, standing IN the drive thru lane. They finally move. I make it to the speaker and no one answers. I drove to the window and asked if the drive thru was closed. The girl came to the window with ear buds in her ear. She asked me to go back around the drive thru and I asked her would she have the head gear on to take my order. She answered yes. I went back around and its a different girl take the order. Ok, just say that. (Not a problem, but why lie?) I was asked 3 times what my order was...a kid's hot dog meal. (She probably also couldn't hear because those high school kids moved from blocking the lane to being around the drive thru speaker now to make their TikTocs and are laughing and yelling while I am trying to place my order.) Got a corndog meal instead. No Sprite, no Sprite Zero...had to get a Ginger Ale. I asked for a correction to get the hot dog. I got it...just a plain ole hot dog on a bun. No condiments...I asked for onions and relish. I got it in little hot dog paper holders. Ginger Ale tasted like water. No flavor. They cannot hear to take your order because they WEAR these ear buds. Where is the work ethic? Where is Management? I asked for the manager and was told by a male employee that the girl on the headset is new. Ok, but the girl handing out food cannot hear because she has on ear buds. No management was officially called over for me to give my concerns. They do not care at this location..poor work ethic and poor customer service skills. Terrible experience nearly everytime we come but today tops it all.
