Went in to order the black girl with red braids and a headset on was rude. Said had no bread to make sandwiches at 1:15 pm. Asked again if make any sandwiches she said I was making lunch sandwiches and didn't have time to make any bread. The attitude was unacceptable and I thought that bread was a main part of this business.

Do not order here. Online or in person. They do not care about customers. Feb 15, 2025 around 12:30pm we placed an online order. I arrived thinking it would be prepared or in the process. I then learned through the app that my order had been cancelled with no notification of reason. I asked the lady behind the counter if they cancel online orders and she said yes, then I had to further ask if I should never order online there again for her to tell me they cancelled due to being out of the product on our sandwiches. A call would have been nice… Granted the lady was there alone and there was a line, but if she had enough time to cancel my order and enough time to walk to the back to change her knife bin then she had enough time to call us and let us know why she was canceling. Wont ever be back. Plenty of other places that are better.

Constantly out of black forest ham, ranch, and fresh veggies. If you do not have ingredients, go to your local grocery store and purchase the missing items. Otherwise, close up if no one's sandwich can be made. Edited to add: footlong was not even cut in half. Literally the least amount of effort was used to make this sandwich. If you don't like your job--please quit. I don't half-ass my job just because I don't want to be there. Thanks! 0/10 EDITED AGAIN TO ADD: missing lettuce, cucumbers, spinach, and bacon. 👍

We have not been to this particular Subway location for some months now. I was disappointed to discover the employee serving us was working alone.
Normally this wouldn't be a problem but this is his first week on the job. In the future please don't leave a new employee alone to serve such a busy location. This is not fare to him or the Patrons.

Went here today to get a sandwich, ordered on the app. They were not working on my order when I arrived they were just standing around. Took them over 20 mins to make my sandwich. One of the workers was sitting in a chair on her phone and they also said they were out of bread and veggies. I will definitely not return to this establishment. Just terrible

One of the worst interaction I’ve had there. All the people working that day were all new and not trained correctly. I had to tell the young man working there what kind of meat and cheese I wanted five time and he still didn’t add what I wanted I figured okay he still learning gave him the benefit of the doubt. The young lady working there finished my sandwich but continued to rewash the knife a few time with folding the sandwich while adding the liquid in the sandwich. I can not even begin the express how sick I felt watching that but I figured you know what just try it their new give them a chance. I opened up the sandwich and found hair in my sandwich…. I just threw it away. I tried calling the location several times to see if I could get a refund and NEVER once got anyone to pick up the phone. Horrible service overall.

Effortless

Girl working there talking about they're restocking bread and cant make me a sand which literally as she's making a sand which on the clock while they're open lmao, cant make this up. Said okay and walked out. This place used to be good before circle k took over and it was Mapco, but then they hired some lazy workers.

This location use to be one of my go to places for food. Now they are always out of breads, meats and toppings and most of the employees seem to not even want to be there. The two female employees which were there tonight just have zero customer service. So sad to see this subway go downhill this much.

Had to walk out while in line today, 09/04/24, 4:00pm because girl making the food kept touching the computer screen and everything else without taking her gloves off. Then she went right back touching people's sandwiches, never changed gloves or washed her hands. This is so nasty and ridiculous for people not knowing how to be clean when working with people's food.
