We love Uncle G’s Pizza. Hop City currently has Uncle G’s food truck right outside their store which is a perfect combo.. pizza and beer! You can order a whole pizza pie or by the slice. Staff is friendly and the orders are fulfilled quite quickly. It was delicious as always!
Our dads' group from United Ability held their monthly get-together at Hop City, and we got several pizzas from Uncle G's. They were so good! They do not skimp on the toppings and use only the freshest ingredients. This will not be our last visit to Uncle G's food truck!

I had been referred by a family member who ate there and so glad I decided to try it. My pizza was cooked fresh but came out quickly and was some of the best in the area in my humble opinion. I will definitely be back!

I order from Uncle Gs a few times a month when I’m grabbing a drink at Hop City. The thin crust pizzas are good, but the pan pizzas are incredible. Flavorful crust, the cheese blend they use is perfect, and the sauce is amazing (a lot of places cook the sauce down to a canned marinara consistency, this sauce has a cooked down flavor but still has chunks of tomato and a bright fresh flavor).

Uncle G’s leaves me weak in the knees! But seriously, the Cool It Down is one of the best pizzas and probably the first one of theirs that I tried and got me hooked . The slices and pies are generous and always piping hot. Between the truck and the Riverchase location, there are plenty of ways to try them out.
