8:30 pm 12/23/25. Nearly empty. Server tells us grill is being cleaned no food for 15-20 minutes. I order chilli, they out of chilli. Server brings our drinks, water,cola, sprite and two cups lukewarm coffee. Takes order. 9:00-no food- no service- no refills. Servers taking a break in back, only the cook is working.9:05 servers come out. No one has asked if we need refills.no Tables cleaned since 8:30 and two more families her. Still waiting on refills and food at 9:15. Only one server again on floor. Avoid this place

Went last night 11/21 Stood at the counter for 10 Minutes…after 5 min one server said she would be with me in a min then proceeded to go to the back. The other server seemed as though she was avoiding me and never came to get my order. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened at this location.

We visited this location on a Sunday (11/9/25). It was not overly crowded. We walked in and went straight to a table. One waitress sat down with a plate of food and started calling out orders while eating. Two families came in after us and their orders were taken. We sat there for about fifteen minutes and no one ever greeted us or say they would be right with us. As we got up to leave one of the waitresses acknowledged us and said we could sit on the other side and she could wait on us. At that point I was livid and no longer wanted to eat at this establishment. This location needs more hospitality training. If I could rate zero stars for my experience I would.

We stopped coming here because of 2 servers and a cook. A while back we ate here and I tipped everyone $2. I just wanted to give to each of them because they looked so tired. They didn’t say thank you they got made I didn’t give them all more. My bill was $10 and I tipped $6. 2 days ago we were going to go to the Helena location but it was packed so we came here. We sat there forever waiting on a menu, or just someone to talk to us. They recognized us, and ignored us on purpose. Kept giving smug looks and giggling. We got up and left to drive to ANOTHER Waffle House. We had to drive over 30 minutes at night just to get food because they didn’t want to serve us any food. We just lost 2 family members and multiple pets and just wanted something good to eat. Have fun being stuck there
There was small Hiccup with our order and April was so amazing!! She was so polite and got us taking care of quickly! Great service!

This has to be the worst waffle house I've ever eaten at. We literally watched a roach run across the floor after we already ate. The service is terrible, the food was burnt. We couldn't even get our drinks refilled. I will not ever come back to waffle house again.

This Waffle House location NEVER disappoints. Monica is an excellent server and remembered all the little things. Go-to is bacon patty melt with hash browns all the way with chili no gravy. Always on point!

Was an amazing experience for a 2am meal with loved ones. Justin is always our cook and gets my order exactly the way I like it every time and he definitely deserves a raise to go above and beyond for me. Stephanie is our server and she was so sweet and always made sure we were good. Love the people here and definitely will be back soon ✌🏻
