My main complaint would be cleanliness. The window blinds and windows were super dirty, I am not sure how they would even have grease stains on them. The floor was dirty, sticky and was super gross to walk on. I know Waffle House is open 24/7 but come on there are times that are slow and can be used to clean. I took a pic of the dirty mold around the windows at our table. The walls are sticky and gross . I bet they have slime in the ice machine.

The young man and woman working this morning at 4:00am 7/31 were the absolute best. I received the best service, not only in an establishment that serves food, but the best experience anywhere. Amazing people.

Look the atmosphere was great. The place was slammed but the staff were friendly, acknowledged the wait time, and interacted with customers. Everybody had a great attitude and worked hard to get the food knocked out as quickly as possible. Food was fantastic too.

The cook and waitress were both very friendly and worked well together. The food was the BOMB! We tipped our server and the cook because the food was so good. We ordered a chicken patty melt plate, a Texas patty melt plate and a blueberry waffle. We live about 5 hours away but when we roll back through Pelham and need to eat again THIS WILL BE IT! Thank you for the wonderful food and service. God bless you both.

The cook was very unattentive dressed very unprofessional he was no where to be found when I came in the server Lily was doing her job ( witch she is very well at 5 stars to her ) back to the cook he was using his hands to put my hasbrowns on the grill I don’t appreciate but was to shy to say anything because he seemed To be kinda rude u can tell he was high from the way he walked in wearing sun glasses I had to ask the server his name and it was Darrel I definitely wouldn’t go here if this cook is here the woman that cooked the other day was wonderful polite and cooked with caution but love

Food has been great. The cook is super friendly and an all around great guy. Unlike Birmingham I like you can go inside this location at night.
I’ve visited this location multiple times late night and the team here is amazing. They go out of their way to make sure every customer is taken care of. The cooks will take your order if the servers are busy.

4 employees, 2 customers already eating, I came inside at 6am and left at 6:05 after not being greeted or waited upon. Just mindblowing those people are actually earning $ for doing nothing. Bums.
