Came by here before a baseball game on a Saturday morning. Was not crowded, but the employees seemed shocked to realize that they could have inside customers. Me and 2 other parties were ignored for 5+ minutes. No apology from the employee that finally took our orders.
Everyone was nice, but there is zero sense of urgency. Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes for your food, even with almost no other customers here.

We ordered two patty melts with extra cheese. They're supposed to come with grilled onions and a pepper sauce. We got two pieces of meat on toast, one with mayo, one with nothing. And our chocolate malts were vanilla shakes. And the fries were cold. Also the marquee sign says "Honey butter chicken biscuit 24/7". We tried to order one and was told they don't have them anymore. We drove all the way home before we realized how screwed up our $35 order was. This location is a JOKE.

Pulled up to Whataburger during breakfast hours—only to find out they were out of breakfast. No biscuits, no bacon, just broken dreams. At this point, they should rename it What-a-bummer.

Whataburger more like wata-waste-of-time. Oh queso (ok so) my boi tried to doordash some whataburger to his cottage (cheese). But doordash wouldn't let him add three cheese to a triple burger. Should be the standard but apparently this location treats cheese like it's an endangered rhino. Anyway my boi calls to make sure they add it on and supposedly chuckie cheese was the manager on shift that night. Look I get it, you should treat everyone the same but if some big cheese is spending triple patty cheddar (money) maybe giving him the 2 extra cheeses, that he deserves, won't bankrupt the company. To be sure no one was cheesing (smiling) that night. Food was good and we'll be back cause we got a problem, but tell the employees there if you get a doordash triple patty burger add adequate cheese. Please.
