Went to the Whataburger in Pelham and they couldn't even get the order right, I didn't want tomatoes, ketchup, or cheese and they put all three on it anyway way

every single time i come here, without a doubt, they take 30+ minutes to get my food, especially in the drive through even when there is no line. it’s ridiculous and needs to be addressed.

Family of 3 and we all received the wrong order for Breakfast. Did not have time to have everything remade so, we ate we got. :(

Paid for a shake on the app but the machine wasn’t working when I got there. Was told I had to open a customer service request on the app to get a refund. I did that but two weeks later the customer service request was just closed without any contact or refund back to me.

Not bad. Not amazing. But better than average fast food.
Place is average. The food is certainly what I remember from living in Texas. Whataburger is the true burger joint of America. Their shakes are classic frosty bliss. The food seems to take a long time to come out here. I have also heard unprofessional language at one of my visits in 2024. I have found another store that seems better and have using them for my burger, breakfast cravings.

Been standing at the counter for about 10 minutes with nobody even saying so much as hello. Garbage place, don't come here if you want to feel like a valued customer.
