Got sesame chicken combination plate with fried rice and spring roll and fried dumplings. The fried rice is really good as well as the sesame chicken (though piping hot and burned my tongue, I prefer it hot than not). Their fried dumplings and spring roll is eh but if their entree and fried rice is good, I’m totally content with that.
While having recently moved back to Alabama from the West Coast Vegas and Los Angeles so I was looking for a good Chinese restaurant so I live close by even tho I never see anyone here I decided to try when my cravings hit , WELL I NOW know why they're food is very bland with the exception of SUGAR that's really all you can taste hardly any veggies I got a few onions one snap and like 2 mushrooms IN my food, and my meat was extremely dry and tough being from West coast they give you extremely large portions and filled with fresh veggies ( as you know Chinese food has plenty of veggies as well as the meats) I don't eat a lot so one order usually lasts me a couple of meals but not this place, I was still hungry that's never happened before!!) so if you want Great Chinese food with veggies and most important cooked and flavored the correct way this is NOT the place to go!!! But if you like bland flavorless Chinese overly sugared to the point that's all you really taste and your on a diet and need super small portions this is your spot BUT for My recommendation go somewhere else and skip this one entirely definitely won't recommend or go back as you can see by my review..... have a nice day y'all

I really was excited to try this because of the reviews. I ordered shrimp egg rolls and general tso’s chicken. My egg rolls were not done. The inside was doughy and disgusting. Also, the chicken was hard and the rice was flavorless. I threw the whole plate away. I was hoping to find a new place to frequently visit. Staff were nice and it was clean inside.

Everything is perfectly seasoned and proportioned to make make an excellent meal choice. I travel 25 minutes to this restaurant whenever I'm out...the only Chinese restaurant in Hoover that is this level of greatness! First time ordering on DD but I have no regrets. Give them a try! Totally worth every penny! Sorry for no pictures...my 4 year old son is currently devouring everything!
