This place is so disgusting. Everything is super greasy bathrooms are so nasty 🤢
They need to hire a cleaning crew to come in and just clean the whole place.

i went to go eat during the weekend and a worker there was so rude her name is brianna from what i remember she had a rude face on and a rude attitude and she is also rude to all the workers there she has no respect i never make reviews but she is so disrespectful i dont know how she is still working there.

On June 25th at 6 30 pm I placed an order at the drive thru at the Pelham location...Upon getting to the windows there was a man helping me. (Lol) who was not friendly which I thought was rude...I asked him a question and he made a small nodding motion and that was it...Never said thank you or or any thing else....want be. Going to that loc again.

Food is good; service is incredibly slow; don’t come through the drive-thru if you don’t want to wait more than 15 mins.

Upon entering the restaurant i went to use the restroom. The men's room was absolutely disgusting. The toilet fixture was very old, yellowed, dirty and the lid was broken. There was paint droppings on the floor that weren't cleaned up when they painted many years ago. The floor was disgusting. The whole room smelled of urine. The soap dispenser had come off the wall and simply sitting on the counter. The baseboards around the walls were dirty.
It took an excessive amount of time yo receive our order.

We stop at Zaxbys every year when headed to spring break. This year we happened to stop at this location and it was the worst one we have ever been to. The bathrooms didn’t look like they have been cleaned in months and the drink station had trash all over the countertop. Even the seats and tables were dirty throughout the whole facility. We were highly disappointed with the cleanliness of this location.

It's Zaxby's it was good.

Their drink machine did not have carbonation so that really limited what I could get from the machine. I asked about getting lemonade from behind the counter and was told there was a $1 up charge. I can't drink what I really want because you can't give it to me but I have to pay a dollar to get something else.
The men's restroom was not in good shape. There was a leaking urinal vita slippery when wet sign right in front of it..
Someone needs to talk to the manager.
