I had a really good experience here, the staff was a little bit slow but they were busy so I mean that's to take account for her so, this was a good experience, the food was great, the floors were cleaning the bathrooms were clean and everything was good looking everything's mountain look clean it was a great experience great food

Check your food before you pull-off! Fries always cold.... they mix the old fries with fresh ones to camouflage lack of freshness!

Ive been in the drive-thru for over 25 mins…This is a complete joke of a restaurant. All they serve is mid-grade chicken. It shouldn’t be this difficult to receive mid-grade service. Chick-fil-a makes you look like absolute clowns.

If i could leave no star i would totally rude no customer service no sense of urgency and took 4 times for them to make a simple plain grilled chicken sandwich seriously disappointing after going out of my way. From the interstate for this do not go here.

Came into this location and every table was dirty the drink machine was COVERED in soda, and i tried the tea and it was sour and stunk, I realized it was 3 hours past its hold time and I told the cashier the tea was expired and he told his manager and I over heard her just giving the poor kid attitude about how its not expired and how I should mind my own business, I will not be back

i went to go eat during the weekend and a worker there was so rude her name is brianna from what i remember she had a rude face on and a rude attitude and she is also rude to all the workers there she has no respect i never make reviews but she is so disrespectful i dont know how she is still working there.

On June 25th at 6 30 pm I placed an order at the drive thru at the Pelham location...Upon getting to the windows there was a man helping me. (Lol) who was not friendly which I thought was rude...I asked him a question and he made a small nodding motion and that was it...Never said thank you or or any thing else....want be. Going to that loc again.

Food is good; service is incredibly slow; don’t come through the drive-thru if you don’t want to wait more than 15 mins.
