I come here all the time. Service is amazing, food is great. I love going here and they are only a couple minutes away. I also always order the wings and things meal and the wings cause would be hot honey mustard (my favorite) I order this and get what I want and love it. But today on 10-24-24 for some reason I ordered this meal, the guy at the window asked me if my order was right but left out the chicken bacon ranch fries I drifted to order thst day because I was starving and I said yes but remind him of those. gave me the food and I never check because as I said NO PROBLEMS ever but I open it and my wings aren’t even sauced. At all. Zero sauce and then the chicken bacon ranch fries are a complete mess and hardly any back on or cheese on them. The wings not even being sauces is ridiculous??? Like what? How do you even do that.

This is a better than average fast food restaurant. I've noticed since covid ended, the portion size of their salads has decreased and shrinkflation has hit Zaxby's.

We stopped at Zaxby’s while in town and it will be our last. Between the sticky crumb coated tables/high chairs, cobweb covered lights, and blood on the women’s toilet seat the entire restaurant needs a deep clean! Absolutely disgusting.

Dried up chicken, undercooked fries, AGAIN! You assume the last time you went was a off day.. no.

Got the loaded fries tonight. They were not good, like at all!!! Barely any topping when I ordered extra. The chicken was weird. I think it was undercooked. It was supposed to be fried, but only a few pieces had breading. The cheese was not melted, which is odd since the order took a while. Waste of time and money!!!! Usually this location can at least follow directions.

I eat at this establishment, and from personal experience, this is one of the best Zaxbys around. The staff is as polite and friendly as they come. The food is always hot and delicious, and they never fail to serve in a very timely manner. I always get the Cobb Zalad for my mom, and the Traditional wings and things BBQ for myself. I hope everyone has as great an experience dining as I've had!

Took twenty minutes to get my order to go because no one was paying attention to the back. My food was cold and they forgot my fried pickles. 32 dollars and I had to heat it up in the microwave to eat it.
