On June 25th at 6 30 pm I placed an order at the drive thru at the Pelham location...Upon getting to the windows there was a man helping me. (Lol) who was not friendly which I thought was rude...I asked him a question and he made a small nodding motion and that was it...Never said thank you or or any thing else....want be. Going to that loc again.

Their drink machine did not have carbonation so that really limited what I could get from the machine. I asked about getting lemonade from behind the counter and was told there was a $1 up charge. I can't drink what I really want because you can't give it to me but I have to pay a dollar to get something else.
The men's restroom was not in good shape. There was a leaking urinal vita slippery when wet sign right in front of it..

Count your chicken fingers before you leave the drive through. I ordered the 20 pack and they gave me 18. I get it’s only two but I want what I paid for. If I’m spending $35 plus tax on a family meal I expect it to be right. You had to count them to put them in so why stop short. No excuse
