Where do I start…. Placed an order on the bojangles app at 4:36 today. Went to the Oneonta,AL location and got the no later than 4:45. No chicken, dirty rice, mashed potatoes or fries was cooked. Three employees were on break. They fixed our drinks when we first got there but after waiting 40 min in the store they were all watered down due to ice melted. Bojangles in Pell City is a joke!!! Two days in a row we tried to get breakfast and waited in line but once we got to the window wouldn’t take the order. Yesterday their excuse was their system was down and today it was that they were out of almost everything. YET, continue to take orders in the drive through. I understand companies are short handed, but they had two extra employees standing around doing NOTHING….
Just a thought. The lady that took our order and gave us our food at a little after five this morning could had said you’re welcome. Told her Thank you Twice and so did my buddy but not even a nod. Oh well maybe it was two early. Good biscuit anyway.
