Absolutely wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door! I the past 20 years this is one of the top visits I've had. It reminded me of everything that made me fall in love with the Cracker Barrel! Sharliyah was an absolute gem and flawlessly executed every aspect of service with charm, candor, and a smile! Got seated right away. Restaurant was not very busy. Waited 10 minutes before server came to take my drink order. It didn't take long for food to get to table. Food was good, but corn muffins were over done on the top.
Cracker Barrel was one of my favorite places to eat, but not anymore. Have tried different locations, but food and service has gone down since COVID lock down. They have just never recovered.
This was the Pell City, Alabama location.
