We have attempted to attend the movies several times from January 2025 to June of 2025. I have two children who are deaf, and each time the closed captioning devices were not working. Today, I was informed by the manager the devices have been out for an extended time in several (3+) theaters, and there was nothing that could be done. The place is filthy not to mention as we were getting up to leave saw a rat in the theater room. As a whole the whole place just looks run down and pretty disgusting. Food was horrible and did not look as though it was ever cleaned ( soda machines and popcorn area )will not be going back
