Went to watch the new Spiderman movie with a group of eight. Had a great time until we got ready to leave and was topping our drinks off! My son was playing peek a boo with his nephew in between a pole and the boy working the ticket booth with long hair came out yelling ,hey we don't do that in here, causing a scene and he just kept on. I felt that was very unprofessional and this was a kid friendly place.

Most comfortable seats in Central Alabama.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of your theater.

The seats are very comfortable, but many of them are falling apart. After leaving the theater, I had pieces of the red seat material all over my clothing. Some of the seats also do not recline or work properly. The condition of the seating is unpleasant and does not match the price customers are paying for tickets.

In addition, none of the butter dispensers were working during our visit. When customers are paying for movie tickets and concessions, they should be able to expect clean, properly maintained seating and working equipment.

I have enjoyed visiting your theater, but these issues need attention. I hope management will consider repairing or replacing the damaged seats and fixing the butter dispensers as soon as possible.

It’s a nice place to see a movie. But it’s getting a little worn out. Might be time for some maintenance/updates. A good steam cleaning in the theaters wouldn’t be a bad thing.

The atmosphere was great everything was friendly nice and everyone was helpful. I will be coming back to this theater again.

Facility his kept in descent condition but needs some attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. Especially in the food area. The seats we had reclined, had plenty of room, and were comfy. However, the faux leather was cracking and showing a lot of wear. The movie experience was excellent and the audio outstanding. If you are on a budget, skip concessions. You can go to a nice restaurant for the cost of popcorn, candy, and a drink.
