This is obviously a biased view of this place because of it nostalgic impact of my life. Getting these hotdogs as a kid was an awesome experience, and they are just as good today as they were then.
It not much to look at, but if your looking doe a hometown staple that's been around a few decades for a reason, this is the place. The food was delicious and service is the same as if you were at your grandma's house. Love and attention.
I'm 48yo and grew up eating these hotdogs. My wife turned her nose up at them when we started dating but soon grew to crave them and has for 25 years now. Hotdogs and BBQ are two foods that I think most people tend to prefer the style they grew up with and have their entrenched favorites. If you don't like them, that's fine, but eat them a couple of times and you will probably change your mind as my wife did.
