The staff is aways nice and the food is great. I love the flavor of the original hot. My kids love the lemon pepper. Whenever my daughter is home from college she always wants me to order. Being able to order from here online is a game changer for sure!!
This is the best place for wings in Phenix City in my opinion. Just has the Shrimp boil bowl and it was absolutely delicious. If you haven’t tried BTJ’s you should. Won’t disappoint. Try it all, the food is really good.

Food— the wings are BIG and the honey, garlic pepper flavor was amazing! The fried okra is delicious. A lot of wing places serve these little bitty wings, but not here. Also, $30 for 2 combo meals with large portions is almost unheard of these days. Customer service was great! Cashier was friendly and prompt. Manager even came out to ask how our food was. Atmosphere was amazing too! Cashier turned on a gospel channel that I was vibing to while eating my wings. Bathroom SUPER clean. This is a MUST try for wings! Not sure about other items on menu, but I imagine they are as good. Customer in there said yall probably know me because I’m in here at least twice a week. So this is a must try if you’re in Phenix City area and don’t pay attention to bad reviews.

I ordered the snow crab legs with sausage and shrimp. And also the Philly steak egg roll. Everything was delicious. I ordered online and they had Everything well bagged up so I didn't have to worry about juices spilling out and they also gave me a bib and gloves for my seafood. The lady at the counter was really nice when I went to pick up my order. I will definitely be back

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Cashier did not greet us. She simply asked if we had a call in and just stood there on her phone. Cashier was on a personal call while taking our order. She never got off the phone. A call came into the store, the cashier continued to be on her personal call while taking the order and finally said “ I will call you back, I have a customer.” Once we received our food, she sat the plates on the counter and proceeded to get back on her phone. She finally asked us if we needed any sauce but we were already headed out the door.
BTJ has good food, just needs better customer service.
