My order was correct and quick, but I could smell that the play space was not clean, and the next morning as I write this I'm unable to be away from the toilet for more than 15 minutes or so. My kids are also having diarrhea.

At least the food tasted good.

Horrible..would rate 0 stars if possible. Visted on 12/4/25. Had a mobile order and was in the drive thru line for an hour and a half only to have them say they couldn't find the mobile order that was placed an hour and a half before..they eventually found it but still left out some of the order..Will never visit that location again

placed order thur Doordarsh and already told then about the issue than called the store to let them know of the mistake and the lady that answered didn't seem to care that her staff didn't pay attention to what they were doing and she was rude

False Advertising at Burger King

Burger King used to let you “have it your way” — but not today. I tried what I thought was a great deal, only to be charged extra. When I asked, I was told the posters and ads were wrong and had been that way for weeks. They said they’d tell their managers — but why wasn't it fixed the first time someone complained

If you're advertising a price, you should honor it. Anything less is misleading. As a brand, do better.

Wanted to try their version of the brisket Burger it was totally not worth the stop there was hardly any brisket on it period or the crispy onions may have just gotten a regular whopper .

I specifically told them what I wanted and what I did not want on my burger they gave me a bacon burger with mayo. I don’t even like mayo. I told them I wanted mustard and extra pickles. They gave me an opposite burger and I told them I wanted a Coke they gave me a sweet tea Too sweet at that.

True to fast food. It was quick and good. I would suggest smiling and mor tidying up. I keep wipes in my purse, so I cleaned our table and the one next to us so that we could eat inside. It's fast food, so I imagine it's expected.
