False Advertising at Burger King
Burger King used to let you “have it your way” — but not today. I tried what I thought was a great deal, only to be charged extra. When I asked, I was told the posters and ads were wrong and had been that way for weeks. They said they’d tell their managers — but why wasn't it fixed the first time someone complained
If you're advertising a price, you should honor it. Anything less is misleading. As a brand, do better.

Wanted to try their version of the brisket Burger it was totally not worth the stop there was hardly any brisket on it period or the crispy onions may have just gotten a regular whopper .

I specifically told them what I wanted and what I did not want on my burger they gave me a bacon burger with mayo. I don’t even like mayo. I told them I wanted mustard and extra pickles. They gave me an opposite burger and I told them I wanted a Coke they gave me a sweet tea Too sweet at that.

True to fast food. It was quick and good. I would suggest smiling and mor tidying up. I keep wipes in my purse, so I cleaned our table and the one next to us so that we could eat inside. It's fast food, so I imagine it's expected.

It took about 15 minutes for me to get my food after I ordered. Then I took it home, and both burgers were raw, not fully cooked. I have a picture. The Sprite was mostly water; they filled the cup with ice and added a little soda. The fact that I am at home recooking a burger that was supposed to be cooked, a burger I waited 15 minutes for, makes me want to yell at everyone running that place, because it was the worst fast-food experience I have ever had.

Had to be the worst Burger King I have ever been to. The level of unprofessionalism was next level. The person who took my order didn’t ask what size for my meals, the person at the window said I couldn’t change it or upsize my meal. The person taking my order didn’t give me my total after taking order. I then asked for a receipt and he said next window. When you get my money, which was cash, I want a receipt right then. Also the service was slow, it took me 10 mins to even order while there was only about 3 cars in line. Took another 15 mins waiting after paying for my food. Every person seemed to be waiting for a while at the last window for their food for an extended amount of time. I knew my food was going to be wrong before I got to the window. Also the person at the first window was sitting down when I pulled up.
