My whopper tasted very weird. I cannot describe it but like no other whopper I have eaten. The fries were lukewarm even though we sat there for a while waiting on the food to come out. It was busy enough I just hoped for hot fries. There were so many employees just walking around in the lobby not doing anything. It felt like there was no sense of urgency for anything. On the flip side, there at least were employees there and the young lady who took our order was okay. I asked for no tomato and got tomato but don't think that was because of her. Have it your way should just be better than it was here.

Don't lie. You can't tell me the Impossible Whopper is bad.
They are so rude and unprofessional. The cashier at front counter doesn't greet or ask to take the customers order. Just stand there looking stupid and the Manager on duty doing the same thing. They guy on spec board playing with his phone. They're out of lettuce and are not telling you. You only find out when you check your sandwich. No straws or tea is out. Everything about the Crew in there is so unprofessional. This used to be a nice place with nice people working. Now it's awful and disappointing.
