I went through the drive thru! As soon as I pulled up, the lady opened the window, shoving the order into my face, along with a cockroach that leaped out of her hair and into my car!

All she was able to say was “Blegh!” And shut the window on me. I just threw away all my food after that. I had lost my appetite. 😆😉

So rude. Especially the old lady manager. I don’t know her name but I’m only respectful to people who respect me. The type of energy you give to me will be the same you get in return. Don’t come in an hour and half before close or they will hate you. They had the drink machine already broke down, the playground was closed and if you ask for anything they are so mean. Literally probably the worst customer service I have ever had. If you can even call it customer service. If you don’t like your job please don’t work there!!!! You make it terrible for anyone!!

I had a horrible experience at the stadium drive Burger King. We are preparing for an event to host the USDA, NRCS, Tuskegee University Auburn University, EPA and a host of partners at our farm in Lee County. I was exhausted from shopping at Piggy wiggly across the street from Burger King. I just wanted a small fry and a medium sprite. I went through the drive thru and received my order. I decided to sit in the parking lot to take a short break before heading back to my farm at Lake Harding. The sprite tasted like alkaline seltzer. I walked into the burger King and told the young man that took my order, that there was a problem with my drink and it tasted like alka selzer. He, immediately told me that all the sprite machines were like that! He told me to try the machine in the seating area. We'll, the drink was worse. I almost threw up, it was so salty. I asked to see a manager. No one came up to the counter and other customers were standing there asking for a cashier. After, about 15 minutes a cashier or manager took the customers orders. She said nothing to me. I asked for my money back. Finally, a black lady, wearing an assistant manager tag came from the back and told me that I was rude and she would call the police on me! I told her to call, I have a great reputation in this community and all around the Chattahoochee community. The assistant manager became very rude after that, saying that she was going to her car! I don't know what she was going to get, I just wanted my money returned. One of the really nice employees said, I will give you your money back. The employees knew that I was not treated properly. That is the worst burger King I have ever seen before. I will never go there again and I will tell my Veterans and farmers that I train through Tuskegee University how awful they treated a customer. It's really sad to receive service like that from a food service establishment. The Assistant manager was very unprofessional. It was a horrible experience, I am 72 yo and served 20 years in the military. The assistant manager, said she was a veteran. She was never a leader! She should know how to treat a customer 😏

Went in tonight with a large order. One of the burgers was missing. Everyone got their food except my wife. The workers were loud and rude. They could not understand the fact that there were 3 trio meals, even though we had the receipt they would not give my wife her burger. They just kept pointing at the burger that was sitting in front of my daughter saying it was the missing burger. No lady it was a trio, my daughter got 2 burgers and a drink. I will never eat at that place again. Just rude

The cashier told me I couldn’t use my app coupons because everytime they put in the 6 digit code their machines crash. Also, the burger we wanted in the app wasn’t on their menu. So I purchased two whopper jr. meals for $14.00 too much. The cups were small and the burgers were like sliders. We haven’t eaten Burger King in ages so I know for a fact the whopper Jr has gotten incredibly smaller. Waste of money and wasn’t good.

I door dash from here often and my order has never been completely right. There is always something wrong or missing. But today I was missing 2 of 4 sandwiches and every sauce I specifically requested. It's like they can't read or something man.
