Went in tonight with a large order. One of the burgers was missing. Everyone got their food except my wife. The workers were loud and rude. They could not understand the fact that there were 3 trio meals, even though we had the receipt they would not give my wife her burger. They just kept pointing at the burger that was sitting in front of my daughter saying it was the missing burger. No lady it was a trio, my daughter got 2 burgers and a drink. I will never eat at that place again. Just rude

The cashier told me I couldn’t use my app coupons because everytime they put in the 6 digit code their machines crash. Also, the burger we wanted in the app wasn’t on their menu. So I purchased two whopper jr. meals for $14.00 too much. The cups were small and the burgers were like sliders. We haven’t eaten Burger King in ages so I know for a fact the whopper Jr has gotten incredibly smaller. Waste of money and wasn’t good.

I don't understand why they have to wait 40 minutes to 1 hour to provide the service. The cashier, instead of helping the kitchen, was on her cell phone and people started leaving because the wait time at the valet was too long. I think Buerger King's policy is not to be on the cell phone during business hours. WHERE IS THE MANAGER???? They must fix that problem.

Came t 12 lunch..nuggets were microwaved, and wrap was microwaved...fries cold... and honestly at this point I'm just praying that the little bit I did eat of my meal that I don't get sick what service did I receive was okay not too friendly but the food was absolutely awful

I love when I order a fiery wrap with a sprite with no ice and receive a day old honey mustard wrap, with a sprite full of ice. Terrible service and food. ??
