Extremely disappointed. The chicken nuggets were thick, dry, and clearly not fresh (see photo). They tasted old and had a strange texture, and shortly after eating my stomach started hurting. The milkshake also tasted sour, which was very concerning. This is not the quality I expect from Chick-fil-A. Food freshness and quality seriously need to be checked at this location.

I’m disappointed. I come to this chick fil very often. The fries were not fresh. The girl who came and brought our food did not have a care in the world. I told her that I didn’t need the cupholder and she just shrugged her shoulders and I said thank you. She just walked off as if she was aggravated. Then we didn’t have our sauces, no straws, no napkins or anything. I had to wait for the next young lady to come out and that took forever, but she was really helpful. I wish I knew both ladies names but unfortunately I don’t.

Don't bother paying for a large fry here. Got a large fry to share between two people and they fill the box halfway. Looking at other reviews...im not the only one they've done this to.

This has to be the absolute WORST location in the world! I make an online order and get pulled to a parking spot. I can’t get a completed FRESH order. The workers are so confused, we can NEVER use the second lane! This location has been here for about two months and the experiences are

This location has went down hill majorly!!!! Here lately it seems everytime I go here, they can’t get my order right. It’s very disappointing. Last time it was my whole chicken sandwhich. One time is my cookie they left out the order. One time 7 hasbrowns (I had family into town and orders breakfast for whole the crew)tonight it was the Mac n cheese. it’s inconvenient to get home and parts of your order missing. It’s not hard to read there recipe and double check it. It wasn’t even a busy time this evening . I called and let them know and of course they asked if could come back
This evening to get it. It’s not convient for the customer to have to come back up to the store once they already arrived at home. I shouldnt have to check my order before leavingto ensure it’s correct. There needs to be something the employees to make sure it’s correct before giving it to the customer. I’m only leaving this review bc of it happening multiple times. Guess I’ll go get my Mac n cheese another day. Just annoying. Yeah let me use my gas again to go back up there and get my food that was forgotten. At this a point I’ll will drive across the bridge and go to different chicfila instead of using this one in Phenix city. Won’t be using either one in Phenix city since I’m sure they are both owned by the same owner!!! All I got was a sorry! How about compensating the customer for their wasted gas and time!!! This location is just getting worse and worse. On top of the drive thru employees who aren’t very pleasant anyways. & yes 100% was expecting compensation and not just a sorry!!!
