On 11/25/24, I ordered a two count chicken strip kids meal in the drive thur. Upon getting ready to bite one, I noticed a piece of animal hair hanging from the tender. I returned back inside and the gentleman at the front counter greeted me and I showed him the chicken finger. He didn't notice it, but another customer waiting on his food seen it. The customer immediately said "yeah its a shiny piece of cat hair" that's when Chick Fil La employe noticed the hair on my chicken stip. I wanted a refund, because the hair disturbed my appetite. I'm disappointed, because I love this place. Sadly I want be eating at this Chick Fil La no time soon.
All of the workers are very kind and efficient, and the chicken sandwich is like pure heaven

Chick-fil-A has always been spot on no matter which restaurant I visit.
I had the new Chick-fil-A sandwich, the Maple Bacon Pepper Sandwich. I must say I was thoroughly disappointed. It's basically the grilled chicken with pepper jack cheese and bacon. The bun itself seems to me to be to much bread for this particular sandwich. The chicken itself as well as the bacon were good but the sandwich as a whole was a big let down. I would much rather have the spicy chicken sandwich.
Parking: Parking is more than adequate.
Kid-friendliness: The play area for the kids is very clean and entertains the young kids while parents sit right outside to enjoy their meal.
