This place is hit or miss. First off, the serving counter never seems to be wiped clean. Actually, it has been pretty bad most times. They don't seem to clean up the counter when things are wasted. Also they do not do a good of keeping the toppings separated. There always seems to be something dropped in the sour cream. As far as sanitation goes, I witnessed one employee using his hands and a serving spoon to put food on to a bowl.
Let's move on to service. For the most part , the employees are pretty nice. However , when I entered the store this evening , there weren't any other customers there. I waited about 5 minutes and no one acknowledged that I was there. Very disappointing.
Finally , I should mention there is no health food score posted in the customers line of sight. I'm not.
Sure if this is an oversight but I did look around for this prior to leaving. And, Yes I did decide to leave because I was tired of waiting.

Food was ok, not hot, not fresh. Store is filthy, no clean tables to sit at. Beverage counter area filthy,, trash cans full. Kitchen area is filthy. All the counters were littered with food. Dirty cutting boards all over with pieces food...health hazard 101!!!
Staff were so unhappy, seemed to not want to work. One staff spent time on her phone, instead of paying attention to cleaning up. Customers standing at counter, no one even greets them, or tells them they will be with them shortly.

We arrived around 9pm for dinner but instead of being met with welcoming employees, the staff was focused on their closing duties. We weren’t served in a timely manner due to staff breaking down machines, taking out trash, cleaning the grill. The food was as expected but I felt like we were ignored and inconveniencing staff by coming in.

Imagine getting home. And what your order isn’t in the bag. My wife wanted chicken with her bowl. Chicken wasn’t there. I wanted vinegar with my burrito. That was missing. Only a few little chips for my daughter. Then we had to call back to get a new order placed. I drove 14 mins there again just to get asked where is your receipt when my wife called and I brought the bowl with me. Smh I just said I should of read the reviews first a 3.0 is insane.

They’re always out of something which is ridiculous, staff are lazy and rude, rice tastes weird as well. Got chicken and steak bowls + quesadillas, the steak has no flavor or seasoning … (not even salt in my opinion) but at least you can’t taste it too much when everything else is in your bowl. Overall mediocre experience, not sure if I will be coming to this location again. Just make the drive to Columbus so you don’t waste your time.

I placed an online order well in advance for pickup, expecting a smooth experience. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes in the pickup line, which was really disappointing, especially since I had planned ahead to avoid delays.
