The restaurant was spacious and comfortable. There wasn’t much variety in the food and we had to wait sometimes, but the food was very tasty.

Imagine getting home. And what your order isn’t in the bag. My wife wanted chicken with her bowl. Chicken wasn’t there. I wanted vinegar with my burrito. That was missing. Only a few little chips for my daughter. Then we had to call back to get a new order placed. I drove 14 mins there again just to get asked where is your receipt when my wife called and I brought the bowl with me. Smh I just said I should of read the reviews first a 3.0 is insane.

They’re always out of something which is ridiculous, staff are lazy and rude, rice tastes weird as well. Got chicken and steak bowls + quesadillas, the steak has no flavor or seasoning … (not even salt in my opinion) but at least you can’t taste it too much when everything else is in your bowl. Overall mediocre experience, not sure if I will be coming to this location again. Just make the drive to Columbus so you don’t waste your time.

I placed an online order well in advance for pickup, expecting a smooth experience. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes in the pickup line, which was really disappointing, especially since I had planned ahead to avoid delays.

The food received was sloppy. There was sour cream on the outside/inside of the bag and all over the food container. Sour cream was gushing out of the lid into the bag. Couldn’t even eat. I threw it in the trashcan. Unacceptable presentation along with the contents. Whoever made the bowl had to see this as they made the food with dirty gloves that were covered with food. I went through the drive thru and associate handed me the bag with gloves that she appeared to be making other food with a huge glob of sour cream on her gloves. Even the fork they provided had sour cream on it(forgot to take a photo of the back side covered).
This location is a hit or miss depending on who works the pick up window for online orders. I’ve had issues from here before and I let it slide. Just nasty to say the least and disappointing. Do better!

Horrible customer service, no acknowledging the customer, took awhile to ring me up with no one else the store but me . Never again
It was clean and neat. They had plenty staff working or moving around the kitchen despite that it took awhile for someone to greet me. There was only a customer completing their purchase when I walked up. Yet the worker walked away after servicing that person and I stood there waiting for several minutes.

The disorganization at this location is extreme. They were out of guacamole, the meats look dried & very exposed. The rice was overcooked & all the counters were beyond messy and the employees seem not to care if there’s a long line because they’ll stop to chitchat while you wait.
