Waited an additional 45 minutes forgot an online order I placed 45minutes ahead of arriving . My chicken was old ,dry,and over cooked as if they just reheated in grease and I didn’t get the pieces of chicken that I was Up-Charged for. I ordered two breast and two wings and got 1 breast, two drums and a wing.

What I witnessed in May of 2025 was an employee by themselves running the whole restaurant. There has to be laws against that kinda thing cause the quality of food suffered. Uncooked chicken with breading falling off it before It was taken out of the bag. Mashed potatoes that weren't fully hydrated with gravy that had no seasoning, much like the chicken and biscuit. Speaking of the biscuit, Me and my wife were given biscuits with no butter or honey even when asked nicely to make sure it was there. I'll never waste another dime on their dangerous chicken. I felt so bad for the lady I didn't call to complain. Just glad we didn't get food poising 🙏

The service all around sucks!! Never no air always hot. Been standing in line 15 mins and no one is taking orders. They're only taking orders in drive thru while the people inside just standing waiting. This place socks and need to be shut down. They deserve no stars!!
This restaurant supplied my doordash order. At the dinner hour on Thursday, they ran out of chicken because they forgot to drop any. When they finally got my food ready, they discovered they were out of sweet tea. Horrible service

I was trying to give this location another try but never again. I pull up to the drive thru window the back door is wide open letting bugs and who know what else in. The lady at the window had a bad attitude and the chicken tasted like old grease. I will never come back to this location. I will go to the location in Columbus by the hospital.

If the food wasn't good this location would have NOTHING going for it. I typically get the 5 tender meal that takes about 20 minutes to make. I'm not so worried about that as the fact staff is rude and always out of something. I don't think I have ever had a meal there that was sent out right, or all there. (no sauce, no tea, no biscuits, no mash potatoes) it always something.
