If the food wasn't good this location would have NOTHING going for it. I typically get the 5 tender meal that takes about 20 minutes to make. I'm not so worried about that as the fact staff is rude and always out of something. I don't think I have ever had a meal there that was sent out right, or all there. (no sauce, no tea, no biscuits, no mash potatoes) it always something.
3/9/25 Purchased a 10 piece with two sides(fries and coleslaw) today. Shortly after eating two pieces of the chicken I felt ill. I felt the urge to vomit. The fries were cold also. My total was $27 just to feel sick the rest of the night. I haven’t eaten here in years and this will be my last time.

Okay so last night I went here and order 8 piece mix meal along with additional sides which came to be $43.18 before the cashier finish cashing me out she told me there would be a 15 to 20 min wait on white me which I was fine with me because I love my wings and breast. Okay 20 minutes done went by and remind you I have another customer in front of me waiting on white meat as well. So the cashier proceed to tell the cook he didn't cook enough white and that she needed more. So she tells me it's going to be another 20 mins so the manager comes up says she can give all dark meat instead I asked her if I would get some money back since I wasn't going to receive any white meat she said no okay cool I asked for a refund she only tried to give me some of my money back and not all of it. The manager was very rude and unprofessional and it's sad because I'm also a manager of fast food restaurant. I see why they can't keep workers I been coming to this location since I was little girl I was born and raised in phenix City Alabama and to see this restaurants ran by someone like her is a very disappointment will not be returning
I went to get my mom some food yesterday in the drive through I ordered a four peace tender meal and then get the window , the guy tells me they don’t have a four peace but a 3-5 I said ok then he tells me no fries , then hands me my sweet tea and it taste straight like water not tea at all , this has to be the worst churches I have ever been too , service is really slow also but wasted $9 for a three peace meal and no fries with a bad drink

I'm used to Church's Chicken tasting crispy and lite. I usually order wings, but lately, I've been drawn to the delicious and crispy leg and thigh at Church's. Now that Texas Church's Chicken has bought them out, the chicken batter is thick and not as tasty.

Shuwan and Rebecca was very pleasant and moved fast great crew
Ordered an 8 pc w okra and an extra 4 biscuits. The okra was burnt. The biscuits where not cooked right and tasted off. The extra biscuits didn't even make into the bag. That one is on me for not checking. It's really upsetting, due to the fact normally this is my chicken place.
Chicken was horrible, chruches used to be one of my favorite chicken spots but not what it used to be chicken seemed to not have flavor at all!!! I ordered fries and mac & cheese along with the meal fries were pretty good and mac and cheese was decent but will never come back! Customer service could be better the guy in the front seemed like me ordering was a inconvenience for him
