I got the seafood platter. Everything was great except the fried oysters. Shrimp was excellent, crab claws very good, alittle salty, and fried crab cake. Homemade. The oysters weren't fresh. Didn't like and fried oysters are my favorite seafood. Fish was very good too.

Pretty tasty hole in the wall that was just missing that extra push to make the food truly excellent.Started with the she crab soup that was more chunky gravy consistency than desired but decent flavor. Had fried catfish over shrimp and sausage jambalaya for entree. Also both fine flavor wise but missing any real creole-esc flavors as far as spice and the jambalaya was lukewarm while my fish was burn your mouth hot.A fine stop if your close but nothing to really go out of your way for.

This is my second visit, my first visit we were blown away by the quality of the food, presentation and they taste was exceptional. Took my party of seven for Mother's Day weekend, the appetizers were good along with service, but for $300 ticket I was very disappointed. The cheese grits tasted stale, the asparagus was overcooked, the lobster was overcooked, the food was barely warm, we used the same white sauce on everything three different items on the menu all with the same white sauce which was probably the same that he used for the soup. Not one person of the four that order steaks was happy with their steak because I recommended this place bragged about it so much I left very disappointed and embarrassed that I recommended. This went from a unbelievable menu that seem to be cooked by a unbelievable chef to thinking somebody Was preparing meals out of the back of a pickup someone has dropped the ball do not plan on returning

I went for the buffet and get there at 200 pm. I think it would have been better if I would have gotten there earlier when the food was fresh.

Called in a takeout well before closing(first time customer) and was told the grill was closed. A full 15 minutes before close on the website. (Last time customer)

It was overbook, waitress was trying but was too many tables. Filet was ordered well done and came out black .Fried Lobster tail was too crispy. The two pieces of Asparagus was good. 1st glass of tea was good. 2nd glass was watered down. Very disappointed. Had looked forward to this for a week.

This place may not look like a lot. But WOW! The food is superb! Don't judge a book by it's cover.

Outstanding food. The restaurant itself is a quaint little place. The owner was a sous chef. Finally got a chance to try it out for the first time tonight and took my mom along with. For appetizers we had fried oysters and Boudin balls. Both were very good, but the Boudin balls had a great flavor with the remolaudeI had the shrimp scampi with bow tie pasta, mushrooms and tomato cream sauce and asparagus. That was outstanding. Everything was cooked perfectly. You don’t get any “little” shrimp either. You get extra large ones. I thoroughly enjoyed itMy mom had the fried grouper with crabcakes, cheesy grits, and asparagus. That was cooked very well also. The grouper had an outstanding crunchy crust to it.Definitely will eat there again and definitely recommend it. The plating of the food is reminiscent of any Michelin rated restaurant. It’s good to find small businesses that serve outstanding food
