My daughter loves coming to DQ for a treat and I love taking her every now and then. The family that runs the restaurant does a fabulous job. They are always so kind to us and are so quick getting out our food dine-in and drive thru. Thanks for being so great DQ team!!

The people who work here are very nice during lunch hours. I have come here often and they have an unbeatable deal for lunch. Combined with the service from a fast food place. EG they will bring the food to you once ready if dine in and will offer to make your ice cream after you eat instead of letting it melt.

Horrible service. Is this really fast food when I get to the drive thru speaker staff said "be right with you" 15 minutes later someone says "how may I help you." 1 medium shake cool whip, 1 small no cool whip and 1 medium cone. He said 1 medium no cool whip, 1 small cool whip and 1 large cone.

Maybe a good area for implementing AI to take the order.

Poor service, no warm welcome, or anything
the food is NOT up to par AT ALL. The bread was stale and overall food was just DRY! They didn’t even have a bag for our food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! The prices are definitely NOT worth it

I preordered a Birthday cake for my husband as cookie dough on the 25th it was to be picked up based on the website on the 28th. Realizing the 28th was Thanksgiving I called to ask about my order and if they would be able to fulfill it and if I would get it on the 28th. I was told it was actually done and I could pick up the 26 or 27th. I decided to pick up the 27th and I was told the cake wasn’t done yet after 20 min of searching the they found the cake but it wasn’t finished. That was followed by asking me to come pick it up later. I was fine with that and agreed. 30 min later I get a call telling me the cake they had wasn’t mine but they would offer me a cake that was made but it wasn’t cookie dough. I was told they had cookies and cream and I would be given a huge discount due to the inconvenience. I agreed because it was my husband’s birthday and the last day to pick up. A few moments later I get another call saying they just received my order yet I called to confirm prior and also I went to the store and they had so many mistakes already. I get to the store and they offered me 5% off which was posted all over the store and was not a “huge” discount. I asked about military discount and they had the nerve to say it’s the same. I would never recommend this place because they made so many mistakes and no one was actually working. Not 1 person walked in the entire time I was there and they tried to act as if my order didn’t exist even though I have a email as proof and called. Teresa was sweet but the discount she offered was horrible. The gentleman who stood behind her making the encounter awkward like he was the owner but monitoring her made me feel as if he was making sure she didn’t give me a discount and make it seem like it was my fault after I left and came back for the cake. Ruined my husbands birthday and I paid $40 for a $41 cake based on the 5% discount which was ridiculous and it didn’t even turn out to be the original cake I ordered with the details. Also if you just received a order you shouldn’t have needed to call me asking what should the cake say. If the cake was forgotten sold or just never made say that and do better. Never again!

Sometimes, the burgers are overcooked. My grandson loves the shakes. The man who runs the place is hard to understand because his accent is so strong.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Handicap parking and easy access to the inside

I'm not sure if i am spelling her name correctly but Sarah was so helpful. She took our order and was so patient and nice with answering our questions. It's been at least a year since we've been to a dairy queen and were just here visiting. Most people sound very impatient, trying to rush you when you are ordering but it was refreshing to have someone be so kind. Thanks for a great experience and excellent customer service!!

Order through the drive-thru everything went fine but when I went to I ordered a milkshake and I couldn't understand what he was saying toward the end and I told him that and then he screamed through the thing not once but twice so I won't be going back there anymore
