I had an emergency ice cream cake for my son birthday. I mean needed a cake in 1 day. They came through for me with no problem. It was a special request of Oreo’s and Oreos ice cream cake. It was definitely just right for the occasion and taste was even better. I was skeptical with vanilla cake but nope. Take a look….

The food was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and polite. The new management has done a great job and they really seem to care about customer satisfaction. If you are in the area give it a try.

What a disappointment. Ordered some milkshakes - chocolate and vanilla. Received plastic glasses of chocolate and vanilla soft-serve. Clearly they don't taste like a milkshake made with syrup and soft-serve. Management and staff are just too lazy to do it correctly. This has happened twice now (manager said last time it would be fixed). Won't go back - ever. Adios.

I forgot how cool DQ was, I took my kids for lunch. I got them the kids meal, guess what? At the end of their meal. They get a ice cream cone. The price of a kids meal compare to other establishments, this buy far is a great deal. I will be bringing my kids back here.Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoyed the lunch meal, and where happy I brought them to DQ.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a side ramp.
I love dq, but this is the far worse one I've been too. Impolite workers who play over the speaker. Too many kids who play to much and have no discipline. Lazy cant even ask for my order to be properly made.The food has been wriOng at least 50 percent of the time. I HAVE CAlled so many times to report the service to the corporation yet I have not been responded to.
