I placed a call in order to pick up at their drive thru window. We ordered popcorn shrimp basket with fries. Delicious and large portions. We will definitely be back.

Got the Wing Combo. Wings were good. Medium Lemon Pepper. Fries were not the freshest but hot and tasty. It was carry out so they may have been fresher dine-in. Girl working was friendly.

So I’ll start off by saying the food is phenomenal and it’s the only reason I put up with the two girls at the counter and keep going back. With that being said, they act like it pains them to have to talk on the phone whe I order, it pains them to hang me a bag of food, it’s an issue that I ask for my drink cup because they forgot to give it to me EVERYTIME. The attitude and service is horrible and I’m sick of it honestly. I ain’t saying you gotta be overjoyous but dang at least have a good customer service attitude and have somewhat of a smile. I will say something next time if it doesn’t change. If you hate your job then quit.

I’m not sure what has happened at this location but they have become so cheap with how much they give you for food. I have ate here for years and love the Philly steaks, but in the past few months the Phillies have came 1/4 to half full of steak and peppers. It is just a sub of cheese is pretty much it. The fries have been under cooked multiple times and barely any seasoning on them. I gave them multiple chances in hoping that it was just someone being the problem and not the business. I can’t justify the cost once a week for the poorly made sandwiches now.
We will be looking for a new place to get subs.

I ordered a Philly steak and cheese, extra mushrooms. Just the sandwich. No fries and no coke. Now, for the combo, it's 11.99. like I said I just ordered the sandwich. It was .10 cheaper, without the fries and coke. How is this possible? Just asking? And then , the girl behind the counter.... OMG 😳. Major attitude . Normally I say nothing and carry on, today, NO..... I order from here all the time and have never had such service as I did today. Unexceptionable. And I did not even get my extra mushrooms that they charged me $0.80 for this was the most worst experience at Dixie wings I have ever had

I get Dixie wing often. And I must say they are the best wing place in the area. American deli and wing city don’t have nothing on this place. American deli nasty in general..
But, I never have any problems ordering my food the blonde kid and the girls that work there give good customer service..
But yall should try 10pc combo with 5 lemon pepper and 5 teriyaki! Thank me later 🤣

I ordered the food and the young girl acted as if she was lost with the flavor I said kept asking the flavor after I’d say it. Then have a young blonde guy he looked high as well. Did not get any sauces we asked for with the food. Our drinks were flat and the dry rub was sitting in the butter base that was used in the wings for the lemon pepper Dry Rub.. Will Definitely NOT be coming back. DW has gone down hill since covid and now it’s just completely out for our whole family. +$75 down the drain!

i had it earlier today. it was amazing. i live 5 minutes away and had never been. so glad i tried it! the girls at the counter were very nice and one of them matched me 😂. definitely will be coming back. the seasoning was not skimped on.

Store closes at 9:00. My family and I visited on a Wednesday night at 7:45. We were told we have to order to go because she will start cleaning at 8:00. Seems to me if you want business, you start cleaning at 9:00 after the store closes.
