Tonight 3/25 order was made totally wrong had pinapple on the pizza which my daughter is allergic. I am visiting didn't notice gave my granddaughter a piece of it already. Called the manager which was very rud saying since missing slices she could not do anything about it and was store policy to switch 1 to 1 for whole pizza. Through little argument from me this lady basically said we will get you a new one when we can. What has happen to making customers happy? Not to mention I have not had Pappa Johns pizza in years it was one of worst pizza I have ate ever.

Pizza and parmesan bites arrived cold. I called the store and the person that answered the phone was rather curt, as if I was bothering her. She said I was welcome to drive the order back to the store and they would re-do it, but I paid delivery charge and a nice tip for the driver. I asked for a refund, but not sure that it will happen.
This was by far the best Domino's store I have dealt with, right up until tonight.

Haven't had Domino's in awhile, The last pizza was not good, So I Decided to give them another try, order a pizza via there App, Same thing, Pizza was dry, I hit the extra pizza sauce, They gave me No pizza sauce, Couldn't see or taste the Mushrooms or Feta cheese, Pizza was tasteless, Mad because I gave the young lady a tip, Will not be going back

This has been our go to pizza place for 10+ years, but the past few deliveries have been awful. We ordered today and received two pizzas so dry, missing sauce, missing cheese in several spots and plain inedible. I called to ask for a remake and explain how awful these past two deliveries have been only to be told that I have to come pick up these pizzas because her drivers do not get paid to redeliver pizzas even though I PAID DOMINOS $4.99 DELIVERY FEE to deliver pizzas we will and cannot eat and that I was speaking to the General Manager Jasmine who also MADE THESE DRY, BALD, NASTY PIZZAS! I have a call in to the Corporate office because this is plain WRONG and I encourage others with similar issues to do the same.

Very disappointed. I have had better frozen pizzas. Hard to describe exactly what was wrong, but the sauce was definitely odd and the toppings didn't taste "right". I hadn't been to Domino's in a long time and it will be even longer before I go back.

Domino’s has been on FIRE lately! Their 5 Cheese Macaroni is awesome. I ordered the thin crust Spinach Feta tonight, it’s been perfect the last few times I had it. 💋🤌🏼
They’ve never gotten my order wrong and the staff is always friendly. The last driver who dropped off our pizza, Savannah, was very kind! Food is always warm when we get it and exactly what we ordered.

I really didn't wanna say anything, I know it can get busy and mistakes happen - we are all human but... this happened more than 4 times now and apparently, it's not only my orders, reading through the latest reviews - Please, if you receive an order, look at how the crust is preferred. I order NO GARLIC crust, EVERYTIME. It's either that or something else wrong every other order, there's no point in 'Build your own pizza' if the person prepping it is who decides. I'm also missing the Icing for my Cinnamon Twists today (we have no contact orders).

I was going in Sunday after working a 15 hour shift to get a replacement pizza for a messed up order. I called as I was leaving work and was put on hold. I was on hold till I arrived at the location 20 minutes later. I walked in and asked for the manager. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. He just said we were busy and walked away. I asked to speak with the GM and he said she will be here soon. When I got my pizza I asked for the GM phone number and he said I can’t give it to you. The manager was again very rude. I asked for a piece of paper to leave my number to have the GM call me. It’s now Tuesday and I still have not heard from anyone.
