I have never had a manager be so rude and cocky over a 99 cent marinara sauce that should come with my bread in the first freaking place. I have to SAY that she better be glad I'm trying to be a better person! Because honey I promise your little nasty attitude ain't nothing compared to what mine could have been! You laughing at me when I was already upset is not a trait of a leader of any kind in any industry much less a restaurant. Your condescending way of speaking to a customer truly makes me wonder if you actually are part of the management team at dominos or you just thought it was Jasmines pizza restaurant today instead of dominos. Either way you wouldn't be anywhere close to my management team until you learned how to speak to and interact with customers. To the actual management team at this particular dominos on 280 bypass in phenix city, this is the third horrible experience I have had at this establishment within 6 months. If you are going to nickel and dime your customers at least ensure you have someone capable of providing decent customer service to make up for the fact that you're charging me for sauce, that should come with my bread that looked disgusting btw and that I paid 8 dollars with tax for! Just a suggestion, but since I've had several issues and according to similar reviews others have to, then looks like you all will be losing business due to your vastly incapable high school management TRAINEES. The manager by the name of Jasmine was very rude to me and my elderly mother. This is unacceptable, this generation already has an issue with respecting anyone let alone the elderly. I can't believe dominos put in employ a manager who doesn't have basic relationship skills. What a farce.

For car side pickup for the second week in a row my phone shows pizza ready followed almost immediately by order complete, hope you enjoy your pizza. But then they don't bring it out. After over 5 minutes tried to call last week but couldn't get through so went inside to pick up and it was just sitting there and nobody seemed to care. Tonight after over 5 minutes was waiting for the call to go through when a delivery driver asked if they could help and then went and got the pizza for me. She said it wasn't showing on the board that I was there but I don't believe that or it wouldn't show complete. I know they are hitting the complete as soon as it shows ready because they don't want to give the free pizza for slow delivery. I don't want the free pizza, just want them to do their job.

Cheesy bread doesn't have any cheese inside and its not even cut. Both tots cheese must not have been weighed either because this is laughable. Delivery driver was nice so that's a plus. Did you guys do this as a "Frick this guy" or something? I'm genuinely curious.

I've tried Dominoes again after years of not eating their pizza as it gave me headaches, stomach cramps and nausea. They started putting some kind of ingredient, I figure a ton of MSG probably, in their puzzas when they changed their recipe years ago and now their pizza makes me sick when I eat it and still does. Now their sauce is spicy hot as well as their pepperoni. I've tried telling them about it in the past but they didn't seem to care.

My Hotel was 3 min from the store but online they say they don't deliver to my hotel. This is becoming typical of Dominos. Isn't there whole model based on their delivery. There advertising is a lie.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Walked in at 9:40. Didn't walk out until 9:50. Asked for well done crust, still doughey. Very uneven slices to share with others. Charges extra for a little .5 ounce shaker of parmesan ($1 freaking highway robbery) did not get any utensils, had to go back in after being provided very sub-par service by manager Kaylee(sp?) And she rolled her eyes at me as I asked her "Could I get a fork, or do they charge extra for that too?" All in all this was not a good experience and made me remember why I generally choose literally anything else over dominos. And havent eaten here since pre covidYall just are behind the game sorry.

Just a little note for jasmine and the bunch that handled my order the other day. I worked for dominos for a couple of years, so I'm familiar with the company standard. But even if I wasn't, that was the worst food I think I've gotten anywhere. Your cheese was sour, meaning it's probably improperly stored. You ignored specific ingredient requests. Everything about it tasted wrong. I'm not sure what y'all have going on down there, but I'm not likely to order again anytime soon. If at all. What's the point of working a food service job of you're going to do far less than the bare minimum? If you don't like your job, don't take it out on the customers. Just go get a different job.
