Not even sure what happened. I ordered a specific set of donuts, and got an entirely different order. Almost nothing of what we asked save for a few. No one at any point told me they may have been out of something, or said anything about finding replacement options. They just handed me a box and walked off. I'll remember to go to the gas station next time instead.

We ordered a Boston kreme and a dozen donuts, 6 chocolate frosted and 6 glazed. The Boston kreme had no kreme and they have us 5 chocolate frosted and put the “Boston kreme” as the 6th chocolate donut… but we payed for 6 chocolate, 6 glazed, and a Boston kreme. While I get that it’s a very small reason to complain about but we didn’t get a donut that we paid for and the Boston kreme is a donut with cream and it didn’t have that…

Average Dunkin' store but good lord. Sweet.. good lord... we will never go again. I would do 0 stars if I could. Hubby wasn't given a receipt or we would report to corporate. We stopped by here on our way home. Other area Dunkin's are totally fine. This one... I do not know what on earth is going on. My husband walked in to order. As we hop back on the highway ramp we start eating. Our eggs sandwiches are extremely cold in the center. The barely seem warmed. Our kids got 6 doughnuts. They were solid. Like 3-4 days old solid. Not even second day solid. Just horrible. We will stick to the downtown dunkin'.

Never has every type of donut in stock...Always sold out...They don't bake fresh at this location...the donuts are reheated then glazed...

We were at a Dunkin donuts in Phoenix City, Alabama. The donuts were old, we were there around 5:30 pm. The TV was blaring old Jerry Springer shows. I'm glad that I didn't have my grandchildren with me
