This Dunkin is horrible. I go at least once a week only because it’s the closest drive thru coffee shop to my house, but it never fails, every week they’re out of whatever I try to order. I’ve given them a ton of chances and been like “maybe this time they’ve got enough flavors in stock,” but for whatever reason they never do. All I can say is I can’t wait for the new Starbucks to open down the road lol

I'm going to give all you 5 stars because the employees make great drinks and are always polite to me. That being said - please let the ordering manager start ordering more oat milk!!!! This location is literally out of oat milk every single week. First world problems, I know, but this seems like an easy fix if you just order more of it at a time. Thank you!

Spent $85.68 today for 3 boxes of doughnuts and 1 "Box o' Joe". When I unloaded it all for my employees, there was no creamers in with the coffee cups and sugar. Except for the shift supervisor, the other 2 inside employees acted as if they were both new and apathetic toward getting the order right. With my third box, I asked the employee if I could have 3 double chocolate doughnuts. She completely ignored me and continued adding random doughnuts as if in a trance. DON'T go there in the mornings for your doughnuts. You WILL be disappointed.

The staff is very unprofessional. They don’t talk to you, look you in the eye, give you any explanations or provide anything close to good customer service. Dunkin’ Donuts please train your people or pay to hire better talent.

Hands down the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I just moved to this area and this Dunkin has gotten my simple order wrong every time I have went the last 3 months. We get nothing but attitude and wrong coffee here. I literally drive to Columbus for Dunkin because I know they will mess up a simple order here. They need new staff

Ordered two large hot lattes, they were luke warm and taste horrible. The espresso was definitely old. If I’m going to spend almost $12 for two coffees. I’d expect them to at least be hot.

Recently this location changed its breakfast offerings. Not only did they change the menu, they also downsized the offerings. The breakfast bowls are terrible. For $4.59 you mostly get a cup with 80% tater tots, 10% synthetic looking cheese, 5% “brisket” and the remainder is who knows what. I did not see much “brisket”. You barely get a cup of food. Buy the coffee and buy the donuts but AVOID the breakfast.

I’ve been going here for a while now, but as of recently, the donuts have been very very hard first thing in the morning. When you asked the staff if the donuts are fresh, if the donuts are soft, they say the donuts come in off the truck. There was one staff member that seemed to know how to find a soft donut, but the rest of the staff members Aren’t quite sure how to respond when you ask about the donuts. Before walking out the store, I just threw the donut away. It was obviously hard and not fresh.
