I just love Ed's h8s food is a1 I can cook th8s food tasted like mines when I say good oh my goodness I had enough to eat off this plate 2xtime Ed's makes you feel so welcome I found my new go to spot I love it here
I should’ve trusted my instincts — one car in the parking lot should’ve been my first clue. I stopped in hoping for some good fried chicken, but was told it wasn’t ready. All the other meats were sitting in gravy, so I settled for the ribs. I got ribs, okra, and sweet potatoes. The total came to $19.70.
Just one street over, at work, I opened the food — it was already cold. The okra had no flavor, the sweet potatoes were average at best, and the ribs? Tough and dry. Very disappointing.
I won’t be back. A hard-earned reminder to go where the parking lot has cars… and the food has flavor.

My food today was the worse I had from Eds yet. The Mac & Cheese was dry no seasoning, greens was bitter and the dressing tasted old. This was a vegetable carry-out.

Tasty food great folks, great environment
I'm sad to have to leave this review. My son and I have becoming here since he was about 5yrs old. He is now 22. I moved away but Iake it my business to stop by everytime*m in town. Now my husband is battling stage 3 lung cancer and we stopped by on Sunday before we left. First off the females that's their now are horrible. I'm an area manager in Nashville. I have 8 stores under my built. Neither one of them could work for me. The rudeness is unacceptable!! He needs to make up with his son and bring him back in the fold. As we was leaving. I kept smelling something that smelled sour. The rice smelled funny and the Mac and cheese. The restaurant is filthy. So we want be returning. The kitchen door swung open and a course I took a peek. You haveexicand cooking in the back. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in yrs. My husband got turkey wings not sure if it was the gravy or the wings but something made him sick. I will be contacting the health department! My husband has an compromised immune system. He has been in bed and throwing up since Sunday. Diarrhea and all. This is sickening. Over the years you have accused everyone that works for you of stealing from you know your scrapping the bottom of the barrel. You need to make it right with your son! You will loose this business. The line use to be out the door. Sad
Great food but is on the salty side.
Great food, but a bit pricy.
