I just do not feel like our food with something that great or even that good.Especially not price wise . Not only was the service rude but there was, no type of customer service. I will never spend not one dollar in there ever again and wouldn't recommend anyone to go there and spend their hard earned. The owner hasn't a clue about running a business, let alone one of the more skillful cooks by far.

First time here today and I must say I waited too long to try because everything was so good and fresh my gawd. The owner was so kind and I enjoyed our conversation she made me feel welcomed. I was anticipating on trying the yams because the only person to top my deceased great grandmothers was me, but I must say they came with the business ?? loved all my food will be returning yall get there and thank God for them good groceries!!!!!!
This is a true treasure in Phenix City Alabama delicious Comfort soul food this young lady and her family recipes are truly delightful I must say the cornbread is awesome it's a sweet cornbread the kind that I like I'm from California and we do our corn bread on the sweeter side it's not that down home cornbread southern style which I do like sometime but I truly love the sweet cornbread the food here plentiful delicious and makes you want to slap your mama but the sign on the door said don't slap your mama that's not nice the young lady Miss Lucy is so kind I recommend anyone just stop by and try anything on the menu all the food here is good
Kid-friendliness: do not have a kids menu as far as the eye can see they have a great little table with an extra large checkerboard attached how fun is that for the kiddos

Very friendly greeting as soon as you walk in the door. The smack n cheese was amazing! Good sweet tea. Wings are a little small but damn they’re perfectly cooked. My wife got the fried chicken and it was great.

Momma Lucy's is wonderful and the food is fabulous! We were looking for something different with the possibility of comfort food (we are from the north and on a long road trip). We found it! When we walked in we were greeted by Momma Lucy and placed our order. We ordered the fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, and deep fried corn and mild wings, deep fried corn, and smackin' cheese. Both came with corn bread. We had lemonade and sweet tea (the south knows how to make it!) to drink. We tasted the peanut butter cheesecake and it is fantastic. We took it home to eat as we already needed to be rolled out.
