I just came through the drive thru and I was the only customer there. After being asked to pull forward from the window, even though no other customers were around, I waited 18 minutes for a small number 11 combo. The food came out hot and they apologized for it taking so long which was strange to me to begin with as no one else was around. The bigger problem is that my chicken sandwhich was almost burnt on the outside but RAW in the middle. I almost lost my stomach!!!! After waiting so long on my lunch break I had no more time left to go in and have the issue corrected. How do you get a raw chicken served to you when you had 18 minutes to cook it with no other orders to prepare???

I have stopped at this location multiple times and more often than not find them not offering advertised products, or items on the regular menu even at times. Just yesterday after receiving coupons, and seeing advertisements for the candied bacon I decided to give it a try. Again, was simply told they did not have any. Take the advertisement campaign posters down from your window if you don't have the product.

I agree with another review-- Worst Hardee's I've been to. Chicken was totally gross. I had a chicken wrap. The wraps were barely half full and the bit of chicken there was 90% breading and tough like leather. Grandson had chicken "tenders" -- the same with his chicken.

I purchased one of their large burgers for $6 expecting a juicy burger. This was not, it was very thin. Maybe a 1/8 inch thick and hard. Not like I remembered. Last time going to Hardee's.

Cause tell me why hardees in phenix city tryna play with my money rn we ordered on the app didn’t realize it was like 10 mins till closing we get here in time & pull around the drive through First Lady tells us that they ain’t got no chicken & that the app will have to refund us so I go to figure that out find out the app actually doesn’t & says to contact the store for order issues so we try to call they won’t answer the phones while we are currently out here just to go to the door find out they locked the doors and wouldn’t open them to see what we needed then we pull around the drive through finally get a different lady to answer the window I’m demanding my money back at this point & she goes “well we can’t give the money back but we can make the food” & has us park till the food is done so your telling me yall was first out of chicken now you can make the whole order instead of giving me my money back? Wild asf yall straight lazy & yall just found the wrong one to play with my money like that ?

Worst Hardees I've ever been to. Don't waste your money. If I could give this place a zero, I would. Service was terrible! Cashier was clueless to the simple questions we were asking. I was unable to eat terribly overcookrd fried egg on my sandwich. Sandwich was supposed to have 2 pieces of cheese, got one. It's as if no one ever had training to do their job. Disgusting!!!
