Ordered avocado turkey sandwich and it was saturated in butter to the point I could not eat the bread. Bacon was extra salty. Waitress just disappeared - restaurant was not busy. Had to wait for waitresses to get refills on drinks then she was gone again until it was time to pay.

Sausage biscuits n gravy leaves much to be desired. You would think that here in the south, a brkfst restaurant like I HOP could atleast cook an edible order of sausage biscuits n gravy, but no, I guess that's asking too much. The pancakes are good.

We were seated quickly but that was it. Sat there for about 15 minutes and no server came over. They place was relatively empty and well staffed, all the servers just walked on by. A couple of customers who came in after us were seated and served right away so we left. We drove across to the he Columbus location and were seated and served right away. I just don't understand why something so simple has to be so hard.

The level of customer service and accountability is shot. This used to be a respected restaurant but its poor management and quality is questionable as to how they stay open with little staff and employees playing multiple roles and the customer is neglected. I want waste my time putting my money into this restaurant again. I’m just beyond disappointed and frustrated with this raggedy food. Don’t Go There just pass bye it..you’ll be better off!!

There was not a cleaned table in the are in which we were seated, in the corner, in front of booster seats. The hostess was very rude. After I cleaned & sanitized the table to our satisfaction, the hostess came to the table with her mop rag, and tossed the table ad to the side, and she wiped the table again after I asked her not to because I had already done so. She wiped persistently and walked off. We got up left the restaurant.

The food was really good. I don't know if it's new management there or what but we had the best time. Our waiter had one arm in a sling but he was very efficient. The food and drinks were good and tasted fresh. Best experience I've had at this particular IHOP in a long while.

This place used to be highly recommended by me but after the last few visits I don't even know. For one you shouldn't have to stand there and wait a few minutes to be seated when the place is dead and on top of that have to wait 50 minutes for your food when there are only two other tables occupied. I could see if you guys were packed and the food wasn't breakfast food, one of the quickest things to cook.

At there for 15 minutes and noone came to our table. Another table was seated besides us and was greeted and drinks and food were order. Another few minutes and a manager walks by and I explain the situation. Finally after 25 minutes we got our drinks but it still took forever for someone to take our food order.
