I had gotten a cheese burger from here around 9:30 on Dec 11 2025 and there was a living roach crawling out of my cheese burger. I will be contacting the company owner and solving this.

Genuinely disappointed in this jacks. Me and my husband went and got some food because it was what I was craving at the moment, we got the food and my box was upside down in the bag leaking coleslaw into my mashed potatoes and my chicken fingers. My husband's food over all was incomplete and cold not even warm, I'm not sure about anyone else but we hate cold fries and coleslaw flavored mashed potatoes and gravy. The workers at the window did not say a word to us at all either definitely didn't feel welcomed. I dont write reviews often but I was genuinely upset about this experience

I ordered a breakfast sandwich, egg, cheese, sausage nothing major, vehicle in front of me literally took 10 min to move, when I finally made it to the window, I wasn't greeted with a good morning, how are you, nothing, to add fuel to the fire, my sandwich was literally cold, bread was hard, not sure what happened this particular morning but I'm appalled at the poor service all together 😒👀🤷🏾♀️🙄😡😤

Food was very salty. I had chicken fingers, mash potatoes and coleslaw. It came with a biscuit. Everything was good just to much salt. The apple pie was great!!!
We live in Ladonia and we go to several fast food places out here. I can't understand why they can't say THANK YOU AND COME AGAIN when you go through the drive thru, the other place do it. That's not good!
