They should have put 0 here the service was horrible and you could hear the manager and employees arguing through the drive-thru.
First time in a Jack's Family Restaurant, and won't be my last. Had a double cheeseburger meal with crinkle fries and a coke. Very tasty burger and fries were crispy.

I don't know what all of these one star reviews are on about, so let me tell you something about my average experience here at Jack's.
My wife and I come here probably two to three times a week because the food is delicious, the portions are amazing, and the prices are unbeatable. I've never spent more than $15 here for two people, which is insane in this economy. The staff has never been anything less than friendly, and as someone who hates being in public, the restaurant feels safe and welcoming.
It's a good place with good food. Stop being so uptight about it.

Horrible review after horrible review ... for MONTHS on end. Yet the owner replies "we're so sorry go complain online"??? Really? Why doesn't the OWNER do something about the poor service, wrong orders, and bad attitudes of employees even so-called managers?

The hiring manager here is a joke! My minor daughter had an interview with him almost 2 weeks ago and for the last week, they have been giving my daughter the run around. She followed up last Friday and was told to call back on Monday. Monday came and he told her to call back on Tuesday. Tuesday came and was told to call back on Wednesday. At that point I told her to stop calling!! He has a copy of her driver's license and social security card for what reason I'm not sure. Between my husband and I, we have gone up there a few times this week to speak with him to see why he needed copies of her personal information if she didn't get the job. Each time, we were told he's not there. I'm not upset she didn't get the job, but I'm not happy about him giving her the run around and having copies of her personal information, and she's not an employee!
We waited for an hour and had to leave with out ordering, very slow. I think it was due to the races that were going on that weekend. đ

Stopped by yesterday evening and the gentleman whom took our order was phenomenal! Shawn was the most polite person and the food was top notch! Love us some Jack's. The BLT is the best!

Service has fallen off significantly since they first opened. Went through the drive-thru for breakfast and was asked to pull forward, even with no one behind me. Sat in my truck for almost 10 minutes, went inside and they had forgot about me and my order.

After working an 12 hour shift I did an mobile order, get there & tell them I have an mobile order and Iâm told by an lady âwe donât have an mobile orderâ & when saying give me 1 sec to get it pulled up to give the order info she tells me I need to get out the line , RUDE! , I then went in and she tells me âitâs the other Jacksâ when it showed US-80 jacks ! Youâll think even with me showing confirmation that the order was placed and my money came outta my account that they would give me my food but nooo, she then proceeds to keep saying âWe donât have it , it can be the other jacks â HOW IF IT SHOWS THIS STORE???? Not only did I not get my food , but my money is outta my account & the business this morning was so unprofessional and disrespectful! At least the lady I talked to wasâŠâŠUNACCEPTABLE! , I will be calling the higher up !

3rd time we have ordered food from jacks on on hwy 80 location and we are always missing items. If you use the drive Thursday get home find missing items not worth driving back when your upset. Wait few weeks think different people working so we tried have it delivered missing mashed potatoes gravy. Tried to. All no luck I would like to speak to franchise owner. I would like to get what our family pays for. Maybe just suing them would help them out. Don't waste your money Phenix City on them.

The service was so bad. They were rude because they messed our order up 3 times and we still left with the wrong food! Absolutely ridiculous! Brought us the wrong drinks and when we corrected it they rolled their eyes! Do NOT recommend. This was our 3rd time eating here and each time has just been awful.
