Everyone here is phenomenal. The food was amazing. We do not eat fast food as a general rule. But we stopped by a couple months ago on a trip. Now when we pass through, my boys ask to stop. Not a problem. We stop. Always friendly. Always delicious.

Biscuits are always good and fresh and the staff is always nice however I’m always missing food and have to go back through the drive thru. Last week I had a biscuit missing that was ordered but not rung up. I didn’t have time to turn around this time so I went to work hungry. Today was the 4th or 5th time missing food. This error happens too often.

I go to Jacks on Retail Dr pretty often, mainly for Breakfast but for some reason this morning seems like communication was off before I arrived I checked the menu and I saw where they had a flap Jack Deal with iced coffee for 6.99 I ordered that because I usually order just the flap jacks with egg and bacon. When I asked for the Deal with iced coffee I was told that they didn’t have the deal with iced coffee so I ordered just coffee with my breakfast I guess I was a little confused because I saw the menu on my phone.Never the less I felt very bad I could here them discussimg my order. When I received my order by the time I got home (I only live 5 minutes from your restaurant)my food was cold and the only thing that was hot was my coffee.To sum everything up Good Customer Service is very important when serving the public.

This is THE WORST Jack's in this area. I give them chance after chance and I always end up driving off each time. The workers have THE WORST attitudes and the food is NEVER ready. Decided to visit at LUNCH TIME today and they let me place my order and then proceeded to tell me at the pay window that they didn't have the chicken I wanted ready and just looked at me like they weren't going to cook anything else. I guess I should have taken the empty parking lot as a sign to go somewhere else.

This particular Jack's on hwy 413 can never seem to get the order right when my son orders his cheeseburger with no salad. AKA no tomatoes, pickles, onions or lettuce.
