Love Jack's! Best biscuits and gravy. Their Jack Burger is very good, best fast food burger! Employees are courteous and if there are alot of customers, you can see them working as fast as they can to get the orders out-- that is something you don't see at most fast food restaurants.

Went thru drive thru got 2 no# 1s .they handed us the order in about 10 sec. So you know it had been setting up for a while.didnt go back because was trying to get along with the mgr and she had this hateful look on her face .no big deal will just steer clear of this place.

The staff seem to be bothered by customers. They were all on their phones. The cook was too busy with his phone to cook chicken. When trying to place an order they were out of everything and there was going to be a 20 to 30 minute wait. This is one of our places to stop due to the big truck parking, but this location never again.

Our experience was anything but pleasant. The food was good as it is anywhere…but the young lady manning the counter was making it very obvious she wanted nothing to do with anyone. Between the constant eye roll’s, sarcasm, and how disgusted and disrespectful she was to me and my family we won’t be back to this location in particular
The location in Phenix City, off 431, is my favorite. They are always polite and happy. Service is quick and with a smile. Not a bad order yet. Been there more than 20 times. They just opened this year. Great place!
