My first time experiencing Jacks. I was very impressed with the food and prices! I had the chicken tender dinner and it was delicious and the price was great!! I would definitely recommend this place!
The slaw was dry as dirt.

We went thru the drive in and ordered two large unsweet teas. When we received them the ice had already melted. I asked for 2 cups of ice since there was no ice and the temp outside was in the 90's... they wouldn't give us a cup of ice without charging for it! How ridiculous! The worker asked someone who appeared to be a manager and she said we'd have to pay for it because it's on the register! How greedy! We drove away and went to Chick fil A, where they gave us several cups of ice for FREE! Earlier in the day, we went to Zaxby's for this same order and the manager gave us two large cup of iced tea AND a large cup of ice for FREE! Customer service goes a LONG way. We've been very loyal Jack's customers, but we'll never go back to this location! No wonder very few people were there! Greedy!

Rude workers..waited on my food for more than 20 mins then it still came out cold. My husband and I couldn't eat it throwed it to the cats. Money is too hard to earn to be throwed away. Go to chickfla or somewhere else where you know your food is going to be atleast hot.

They have the best chicken fingers. They also have an early bird special from 4 PM EST till 6 PM EST.

I been coming to the Jacks on Retail Rd since it opened. I usually visit 3 to 4 times a week. My heart is outright broken because I come to be fond of the staff. I began to notice churn... New people. Anyways... I was at the location on 7/23/2025. The staff shutdown the dining area early for some reason. I sat outside and had to knock on the door to get the staff to reopen door so I can get a refill and return the tray inside. I threw away a bank envelope without realizing it. It contained money, credit card, and drivers license. I realized this on 7/24/25 that all was missing. I knew what happened. I went to the location. The staff said that the trash from 7/23/25 was already taken by the trash collectors. I had hopeful hopes that all would be destroyed by trash company. The hope ended when I was check the card. Over $700 of charges was placed on the card at various local merchants. I called police and went back to the restaurant. I told the night shift staff that I wouldn't press charges should my driver's license appear by 8 pm. I did what was necessary to file a police report. The staff was playing the typical YOUNG FOLK games. Per officer, he said manager wouldn't allow him to see video unless he brings a warrant. So after I left the establishment, I went to each merchant. I am sure who refused to turn in the card to the manager to place in the safe based on information the merchants sharing that was consistent. I am sure of the vehicle, VIN, and tag that was travelled in because the person went to get an oil change. The night shift thief used my credit card with partner of opposite sex at Mama Beauty Supply, Game Stop in Columbus GA, American Deli in Phenix City, Dollar General, Family Dollars, twice at Walmart supercenter in Phenix City, and twice at raceway. Card was used from early morning until approximately 2:36 pm and then the credit fraud thief went to work. I will update police report on 7/25/25 with the information that the merchants provided so that arrests can be done swift when a detective is assigned. The bank envelope included cash, driver license, and credit card. I told the entire night shift that I wouldn't file charges if I got my driver's license back. No one gave me my driver's license when I returned 3 hours later. Staff should be trained to return credit cards and ID. It's obvious that it was on the top of the trash and removed from the bag. The Truist envelope was EASILY seen. I was in a rush because the lobby was shutdown early and the staff wanted to get me out for some odd reason. I was the last customer in the dining hall AND the staff definitely remembered the envelope because there was CONVERSATION about it on 7/23/25 when I stood at the register TO PAY FOR THE FOOD. THE SAME STAFF MEMBER WHO SAID SOMETHING ON 7/23/2025 RECALLED ON 7/24/25 ME HAVING the envelope inside the restaurant. I deactivated the credit card and did a fraud alert. I will see filing criminal charges to the end because the staff member should have NOT used my credit card and should have returned my driver's license.

I would give this place 0 stars if i could My husband and i come here the evening of 7/20/25 there was an elderly coiple in front of us the lady behind the cash register i dont know if she was the manager or the gm she was a small white lady and had a blue jacks shirt on. But she was so rude. Not only to my husband and i but to the elderly people in front of us. My husband wanted a dinner that is only served after 4 well ot was after 4 the lady caught an attitude and said you cant get this till after 4 i said its after 4 she said no it not then looked at her phone and said oh yeah it is. I told her what he wanted then what i wanted. It was almost $28 and let me tell you the food was not worth almost $28.00 that was the nastiest food i have ever eaten. But i wasnt about to waste it. When our food was up my husband went and got it. I notice they didnt have my ranch on the tray and i told her i needed some ranch. My husband went and got it came back and we began to eat my tenders were cold hard and dry the fries were extremely salty and my husbands chicken was luck warm he said the green beans were very bland his mashed potatoes were dry they looked like they had been sitting out forever. It was one of the worst service and experience we have ever experienced. We will not be going back to this location!

Nothing about our experience was good. Half the food was correct. The food that was right, was very over cooked. Service was a joke and embarrassing. No one was remotely professional and I felt like I'd get stabbed if I made a fuss. Please close down. Please go away. We don't want or need you in our community.

Just stopped at this location on our way home to Tennessee. Never had Jack's before so thought we'd give it a try. Glad we did! Burgers and chicken were great and fries were too. Food was hot and fresh. Service was fantastic. Cashier was efficient and friendly. We have a family of 8 and it was one of the easiest ordering experiences I've ever had. Food was ready super fast as well. Overall, fantastic experience!

We just stopped for lunch on the way to the beach. Everything so clean and both my husband and I noticed how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Good food too!
Good fried chicken
Cashier was very polite and I received great service. I can't remember her name for sure but believe it was Stephenie. I'm sorry if I got it wrong but whoever she was did an awesome job and these days your lucky if the person even speaks to you. She not only spoke but she was friendly and pleasant in doing so.
