I did "Quick pick up" on10/10 at 08:15pm, nothing quick about it. I waited 30min at the establishment for 4pc chicken strip. I didn't have any sides.. Chicken only. I thought an online order would be faster I guess not... No other customers were there. Just me. Horrible service. Very lazy! More concerned of their cell phone than serving customers!!!

Stood waiting for six minutes to place an order. While the shift manager Keith did something on a computer. Guy didn’t look at me one time. 5 people working and it was as if I didn’t exist.

Had take out and got home and was the most disappointed ever. Everything was horrible. The chicken had no other flavor but grease.
Not once can this place give us every part of our order. Has to be at least one thing completely forgotten.
