Whoever was at the drive through window on March 4, 2025 around 5pm EST, she was extremely unprofessional, very impatient, very as a matter of fact, and very short with answers, also left straws and sauces out of the order. Not what a customer wants to have to deal with after a long day of work.

I was ordering dinner in the drive-thru around 6pm today. Right of the bat, I received no greeting and the woman taking my order kept cutting me off while I was talking and interrupting me before I could finish explaining what I wanted. When I tried to order a side of fries for a menu item, for whatever reason that was not allowed and she kept cutting me off instead of offering to substitute fries for mashed potatoes. She was very rude when she misheard my order for a sweet lightning to drink as a sweet tea saying “that’s what I said”. When I tried to clarify my order after being cut off, the person taking my order had an attitude with me. Then I pull around and there was a young man who also didn’t greet me who gave me my total. He handed me my food without a farewell or any kind of salutation. I decided to check my order at the window and the young man said that I couldn’t check it at the window because they are on a timer. Such poor customer service by the woman who took my order and the young man who gave me my food. It was totally unnecessary and RUDE!

Worst KFC. First they no longer have unsweetened tea. Ok. Then I’m told it will be 4 minutes for the tenders. Ok I’ll wait. 12 minutes later I get my bag. No way these are just cooked. Chicken jerky would have been better. Cold. Never again

10 out of 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! That was the smallest, oldest, most nastiest chicken I’ve ever had!! Went here today and they put a 6 piece and 4 biscuits in one box. I should have checked it but I didn’t because the service was very good but that chicken was terrible. The best thing were the green beans cause my patatos were absolutely old and disgusting!! My bread was hot but hard as a brick! NEVER AGAIN!!

Picked up dinner the other night, from an online order. You know the bags are stacked shut I'm juggling drinks etc... got plenty of condiments, BUT didn't get the four EXTRA DRUMSTICKS, do you know how much that cost me! Unacceptable.Don't bother telling me 'you should've come back...I'm feeding a hungry family, I guess I should've spent the 15 minutes ripping open all the food in my vehicle to make sure they did their job right?
