Come to eat after basketball game. Kids wanted KFC, we come to Stadium Drive and it’s 9:22pm. Online said closes at 10pm, door says 10pm and the doors are locked. Kids inside look at us and run to the back where we can’t see them. I will find a better place to eat.

Went through drive thru and was only car there, no line. Was told it would be 15-20 minutes for a 12 piece, I said cool I’ll come inside and order. Mind you no other vehicle was there. They gave the only customer that was there their order as I walked into the door. I was told they would be with me in a minute I guess cars pulled up to the drive thru at that time so they proceed to start taking care of the drive thru. Cant tell you about food cause I didnt get to order before they starting servicing the drive thru. Can only imagine how bad it is when they get busy. Bad experience and will not come back.

I just have to give a HUGE shoutout to Ms. China! 🙌 Her customer service is GREAT I mean truly great! She always goes above and beyond to make sure every visit is a wonderful experience 👏. Not only is her attitude amazing, but she also ensures the food is always fresh and hot 🔥🍟🍗. She definitely deserves a raise for the outstanding service she provides day in and day out 💯✨. Rudeness plentiful. I order $20 wing ,nuggets I asked what flavors. Ordered barbecue got home there burned with barbecue sauce over the hot wings. I called complain. Came to return telling me they are on timer I have to come inside. I informed China manager I came thru drive thru when I ordered. Disabled use cane. I am not getting out. I can careless about them being on a timer. My gas my time I drove back here for you to replace burnt meal. My money My time. Requested corporate number don't have. I will look on internet to call and inform about. Disrespectful employes at this location. I can spend my money at establishment that needs it.

The service was great, very cheery people and friendly people up front. But please check the women's bathroom, the seat on the commode is very very loose and very wobbly. I did notice behind the counter everything was spotless, heck the whole place was very clean including the bathroom. But why no diet soda?? For those of us who care about those kind of things. LOL 🙂

I was ordering dinner in the drive-thru around 6pm today. Right of the bat, I received no greeting and the woman taking my order kept cutting me off while I was talking and interrupting me before I could finish explaining what I wanted. When I tried to order a side of fries for a menu item, for whatever reason that was not allowed and she kept cutting me off instead of offering to substitute fries for mashed potatoes. She was very rude when she misheard my order for a sweet lightning to drink as a sweet tea saying “that’s what I said”. When I tried to clarify my order after being cut off, the person taking my order had an attitude with me. Then I pull around and there was a young man who also didn’t greet me who gave me my total. He handed me my food without a farewell or any kind of salutation. I decided to check my order at the window and the young man said that I couldn’t check it at the window because they are on a timer. Such poor customer service by the woman who took my order and the young man who gave me my food. It was totally unnecessary and RUDE!
