Customer service is always terrible when I visit home. I love Krystal’s and always look forward to having it because I don’t have any near me. But it takes so long each time and the service is just bad. Unfortunate and disappointing. Also prices are insane

Stopped here because we had been on the road for a while and decide to eat inside. Went up to the counter and was only one in line. After 5 minutes of being completely ignored we left and went down the street to Chick-fil-A.

After three visits, I have lost confidence in this location due to subpar service. Despite ordering the same item each time - a #5 (2 chicken chics) with no mayo, no pickle, tater tots, and Fanta with light ice I experienced consistent errors. The cashier's inattention and loud conversation with colleagues resulted in incorrect preparation. I was asked to pull up, only to receive lukewarm tater tots and smashed chicken. Not to mention they upgrade you without asking for your permission so almost 2 extra dollars for my order. Given my experience, I would caution against visiting this location unless absolutely necessary, as I believe it requires significant improvements in customer service and staff training.

My boss lady and I door dashed some Krystal’s, cheese Krystal’s to be exact and every damn one of them were RAW !!!!
I am disgusted which isn’t even the word to describe the sickening feeling I have right now nor the amount of anger.
I used to love yall, do better man !!

Will never eat there agin mid way threw eating a Krystal that was soggy I found something im 95 percent sure was mold on top of the meat mind you I find this out after my pregnant wife ate 3 of them some one should shut this place down. The layed that took my order was very rude and continued to say mhmm after everything I said mind you I sat in the drive threw line 20 mins with no one in line but one other person just for soggy room temp food with what looks to be mold on it.

What is going on with today’s customer service? I came to this location because my girls had just finished serving the community with the feed the valley food drive at the Civic Center and they requested this. So being my little princesses wanted crystals and I told them how was my favorite I ordered what they asked for via the mobile app at 11:13 for an 1130 pick up. When I arrive to the location to pick up my order, I was told that it had not come through yet. I have given my name. It was sold again. It was not here, sir. That there was nothing that could be done. I said maybe I should wait a little bit closer to time and then it makes you open the system. I’ve pulled away from the window back around the building and sat for about five minutes. As I’m getting ready to turn around to go back around say drive-through window clerk that has been rude the entire time. Is walking my food up to me. I told her I was coming back around because I had to hurry that my autistic son was having a fit and we needed to get home. I think her and told her to have a blessed day. Almost on the way home I checked my order to see that I have received everything except my 20 piece Nuggets. I called the location back and wouldn’t I know it said drive-through clerk they would not listen to the customer and answer the phone. I explained to her that I received everything except for my chicken nuggets, and she said that it did not say that on the ticket or in her system. I said ma’am, I have it here on the pick up slip and the actual pay receipt that I paid for a 20 piece nugget. She then repeated that there is nothing that she could do. I asked ma’am could you give me my 20 piece nugget. She said there is nothing she could do again. At this point I’m trying to keep from turning into Sgt Harris and raging out. I simply hung up the phone as someone who has been for most of his life in customer service. This was insane and very sad. How hard was it for her to give me my 20 piece nuggets? I am so furious right now that my head is hurting. But I maintained my cool for my daughters and my son to see how you should handle things when they do not go as expected. As you see in the pictures, I have no reason to lie. I just want my nuggets for my children. Customer service is nowhere near what it used to be! Even my daughters know that I ordered nuggets and even said the receipt says so.

For being a 24hr fast food place this is one I wish wouldn't stay open.
The prices are outrageous! I know, I know... inflation. Sure. But 10 dollars for bacon to be put on twelve little sandwiches?

But we knew prices could get high going into this, that's not my BIGGEST upset.

My daughter bought a 24 pack that was supposed to be half cheese& bacon (12 Krystal's) and half normal (12 regular Krystal's). The birthday cake shakes aren't bad but I still prefer Zaxby's over this. And nothing to say on the turn overs, they are what they are.

She gets home though and finds there is cheese on ALL of the Krystal's when 12 are supposed to be regular, meaning no cheese, and out of the doll 24 pack less than half of them all had pickles. The cheese was cold as well as the buns on a few and when I called to try and get it fixed tonight, so we could have the no cheese for the lactose intolerant person in the house, they didn't answer at all any of the times I called.

Definitely wouldn't recommend this Krystal's, only one person in the drive through was anywhere near cordial and she seemed newish.

Rude employees and food is always thrown together. Also if you order online for pickup through the drive thru, they make you come inside to pick it up. Told me that all online orders must be picked up inside. Even the store manager says so. Not sure why there is different pick up options and we have picked up through the drive thru before.
