Rude employees and food is always thrown together. Also if you order online for pickup through the drive thru, they make you come inside to pick it up. Told me that all online orders must be picked up inside. Even the store manager says so. Not sure why there is different pick up options and we have picked up through the drive thru before.

Yall I have to been to Krystals in like 5+ years. So this morning I decided to order a bowl scrambler and boy this is a ripe off paid $5.37 with tax. And this is what I received... I remember like 6 years ago a bowl was bigger and fill to almost the top. Krystal byeee!! I can't even post a pix... lol

I stopped in for lunch. Thinking I was going to get good food. As I walked in the floors felt like I was walking on an oil spill. The service was not great. The food tasted terrible, like it has been sitting out all night, and reheated in the microwave.

Absolutely no reason. You should sit in a crystal line when you and only one vehicle is there and wait for Troy 12 Crystal for 30 minutes and then when come out delivered holding the cell phone in one hand, a person, the other hand and crystals in the other hand, there's no reason for that

This is my go to for breakfast Mon-Fri. Always a pleasure to stop by. Your store manager is the sweetest and always have such an amazing spirit and friendly conversation. For over 2 months now I have noticed that if she sees my vehicle, notices my voice she calls out my order for me or says good morning love drive on to the window I got you sausage scrambler no eggs, side of sausage and them donut holes. It really makes me feel special and acknowledged and brightens my day every single morning. Even the morning crew knows my order specifically once I mention no eggs Thank you all for being caring and observant with cheery spirits so early in the morning. It doesn't go unnoticed.

If I could rate them in the negatives I would absolutely do just that. The employees are absolutely RUDE, never doing their job, standing around chatting or on their phones. Food is absolutely disgusting can’t get an order right to save their life. They want to constantly argue with customers about their order and what they ordered. Just overall HORRIBLE STAFF. They definitely need to do better. If you don’t like your job QUIT so they can replace you with someone that’s actually willing to do it right and actually get people’s orders correct and NOT argue with your customers.

We waited a long time for our food, a sackful of cheese Krystal's. We don't have Krystal's here, they all shutdown in this area. I remember when a sackful of burgers were $10-12 dollars. Now add $1.50 to each of 12 burgers and it cost $29 and some change. Everyone who entered after us, got their food and left. Eventually, they came out into the seating area, just to ask us what had we ordered! I know Krystal's are hard to find these days, but they'd have to be last place in town before I would even consider returning to this location.
