Went to get something to eat at the Victory Drive location, at approximately 3:30a. Was denied service and was told at the drive thru that they aren't taking any more orders due to preparing for breakfast. At no time should a 24 hr restaurant have to stop to prepare for breakfast, this shows unorganization, and improper preparation. This is especially concerning because during breakfast, there is a very long wait, and food is prepared as orders come in, which undermines the "preparation " needed several hours prior. I find that this location as well as Buena Vista Rd - Always a bad experience, are locations I try to avoid...the service is always a problem, either wrong orders, missing items etc. Don't bother emailing the owner on their website, they will not reply or offer any reimbursement. But I don't get upset, 500k subscribers accross social media channels does the talking for me.

The ABSOLUTE WORST Krystal we have ever eaten at!! If there was a negative star, that'swhat it would get.. There was nobody inside when we got there. The order placed after us was served first while we continued to wait an additional five or so minutes to get our food. I asked for ketchup and mustard. She informed me they have NO mustard. The mustard is what makes the burger. Thankfully, we had mustard in our vehicle since we were going on a trip. The burgers were lukewarm and some were so soggy, it was nasty mush as if they were soaked under the faucet. The fries were mostly cold. One of the buns was cut in half. I had to go back and ask for my receipt. The "manager" didn't seem to care or the employees. That's the way the food comes and they're only given 1 box of mustard when ordering. The burger has little to no flavor unlike the krystals made years ago. It won't hurt my feelings to NEVER eat another one again.

For fast food, it's good. However, prices have gone up significantly the last few years, but the burgers are smaller. Also, they have removed items like chili, which is one item that they were known for from the beginning and added melts. Krystal needs to stick with what they were famous for and stop trying to be somebody else.

We ordered one spicy chick meal. It was supposed to have three chicks in it. It only had two. The bread was very hard , and the chicken was very hard also

Me and my mom order 24 cheese Kyrstal and when we got home we was eating the kyrstals by the time we got to the bottom we noticed something on the Kyrstal burger, so we returned it of course we ate out of it how we suppose to know if the Kyrstal burger had something in it if it was on the bottom. The worker called for the general manager she act like she didn’t want to come from the back the workers kept playing and laughing about the situation it really looked like a bug in the Kyrstal. Instead of making the food all the way over they only made 8. I asked for corporate number they gave me the job number; and continue to laughed about the situation. I will never go there again.
