I asked for more pepperoni and cheese and received a pizza with very little pepperoni. Two slices had less than 3 on the slice. I called to report it and I was told the pepperoni was under the cheese and I could bring it back. It would cost more in gas to bring it back. Suggestion. Don’t pay for extra cheese and pepperoni because the only difference you see in the pizza is the extra cost.
Just had the worst experience at the Little Caesars on Hwy 80 next to Winn Dixie. I ordered 6 pizzas and when the order said completed there was only 5. I said something. After 20 minutes of waiting, I overheard someone in the back ask if the pizza even got done. Another 20 minutes went by, finally got the pizza and I asked to speak with the manager because it was ridiculous for the wait when the employees are laughing and not taking their job seriously. We called the store to let them know they had sent cheese bread instead of the deep dish personal pan pizza and that they did not send the 20 oz Pepsi that was ordered. We explained that to whoever answered the phone three times. Then the phone was given to the manager and we had to explain again. More than once.
