Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered 3 pizzas and they only gave me one that I ordered and the other two were someone else's instead of mine. They must have gotten our orders mixed up. The store refused to give me the right pizzas or my money back so I called customer service and they told me they would have the franchise owner reach out to me, which they never did. I called customer service to check on my issue and they told me the franchise owner told them that they had spoken to me and personally told me they weren't going to give me a refund which never happened. No one called me or reached out to me, they just lied and told corporate that they resolved my problem. So pick a different little ceasars.

This is the most basic junkiest food in a very small place without any indoor outdoor seating that you can find around. Very limited choices the pizza is terrible one of the worst pizzas on Planet Earth. Not worthy of stopping there, or especially eating there. They have a semi-dirty restroom there however, at least one useful thing in a place. 🤦‍♀️

Trashy evening employees on the weekend that will not answer the drive thru. No “hey we”ll be with you in a few minutes” or anything.

One of the few little Caesars in the area that make the pizza right. Bonus points for the friendly atmosphere the employees maintain. Keep it 💯

Do not very consistent you pick up pizza one time and it'll have the right amount of sauce and cheese and toppings and then you wait a couple weeks or a couple months and you go back and then it won't have any sauce and some places or the pizza crust will be soaked in one spot but thicken another it's not very consistent outside of that they do have good pizza. And it's reasonably priced

Very unprofessional playing around instead of helping customers

I partnered with Little Caesars for a recent community event where they sponsored some of their free crazy bread tokens for the attendees of the event, and almost a whole month later attendees are still telling me how useful the tokens are, how surprised they were at the serving size, and how good the bread sticks are! Hopefully I can find a leftover token or two for myself because the word of mouth hype has definitely piqued my interest!

I visit this location quite frequently as my son’s favorite pizza and I’ve never had a bad experience. The customer service is always top tier and the pizza is hot.
