Little Caesars Pizza

Unfortunately with this location they have zero consistency. I went there about a month ago and I swear it was the best pizza I had ever eaten from Little Caesars in my life. I went back a week later and they barely had any cheese on it. The crust had a big old bubble in it. It didn't look nothing like the picture. I was so disappointed. My number one complaint with this location is quality and consistency. They lack it completely. And they make it difficult for you to get in contact with the owner to express your concerns.

Most online orders come with an email confirmation that functions as a digital receipt, but you may need a printed copy for specific reasons. A store manager usually has access to the system to pull up your order details and print a receipt for you, but expect the current manager at this location not to give it to you! When a manager a few years ago was on duty and displayed poor behavior and unwillingness to resolve any problems, it was the straw that broke the camel's back. The employees assume that the customer is to blame for the order being messed up when you ask for a replacement or a refund. There are managers who tend to prioritize financial results and neglect their customers, which may be a common occurrence. At times, the dough formula was not precise, had no flavor, or was burnt overall. If you encounter any problems, consider trying a different location or chain altogether.

There were young adults being loud and rude in the waiting area and workers were doing nothing about it. Was not a place where I wanted to stay and wait for my pizza had I not already ordered.
