Went to get pizza and the open signs were on and it was 10pm say they close at 11pm.Seen this was already a problem with someone else.

Was supposed to have a delivery at 11:45 for pizza. It is now 12:23 and all we can be told is "ma'am the delivery driver is out on several orders right now, he will be there shortly." Poor customer

Marco's food is delicious. But tonight the experience I had make me not want to go back. There were over 8 people working but half of them were sitting doing talking to Wendy's workers in the dinning room and just walking around doing nothing. I waited and the drive thur for 15 mins waiting on someone to come to the window. Then I blew my horn. Everyone kept doing what they were doing. I finally went inside and ask for a manager and when he finally came he just look at me and said ok. No apology or nothing. That was very rude. If this is how they will be conducting business at this store then I will never come back. No good customer service at all tonight.3462 Crosswinds DrPhenix City, AL

Great pizza experience. The flavour was great. Good topping options. Pizza was a great balance of loaded with toppings but not so overloaded as to be soggy. Cooked just the correct amount. Service was prompt and friendly. Great pizza. Will be back when in the area.

I order frequently from this Marco's & never have any complaints, but tonight's order was horrible! There was barely any cheese on over 1/2 of the pizza and it was overcooked. All my son wanted was the crust, hence why the piece on the left looks like it does.

I'm a truck driver 2 miles from your restaurant I called to order a pizza cause I'm out of driving hrs. I was told you had 1 driver I said I'm willing to wait I'll tip the driver good. I was told no just remember everything you get comes from us truck drivers. Shame on you and your manager

I’ve asked multiple times who can update the time for the sites because I’ve now lost gas because they’re saying open when they are not. When you ask for a district manager, you’re supposed to be given that info but they refused. To the general manager: Erik… update your hours online so people stop wasting gas.
