Just left from there. Pulled up to the drive thru just me and another car at the other speaker. Went to ask my about the app some other lady came on and said hold on a minute it was so loud my ears almost started ringing. So I waited and waited. The other car pulled forward after few more minutes they tell me please hold for a minute. Hell I'm only one there. No one inside. Im a pretty patient person but I waited another almost 10 minutes. I just left. I was almost late for work. Won't go back

Very rarely is the food right or good. I can't tell you how many times I have not received what i ordered and upon return to get the right food, they act as though i did something wrong. Bdd attitudes everytime. I will not return to this location.

Went through drive thru. No one came on for 4 or 5 minutes. I finally said hello and they popped on and said hold on. Waited 2 or 3 more minutes. 1 car at the window 2 customers in the store. I drove around and came in to order. Got my food pretty fast at counter. Girl at drive thru was just leaning on the counter at window. Very poor service at the drive thru. Drive thru needs to make some changes very poor service.
Had to get an employees attention to get help and then they act like you're bothering them. Prices sky high and then you get poor service and food quality.

DO NOT PULL FORWARD!
EVERY TIME I use the drive through, I am asked to pull forward and someone will bring my food out to me.
The REASON for this is so that the location and Management will not get penalized from McDonald’s for making the customer WAITING AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME for their order.
DO NOT MOVE FORWARD. They already have your money and you don’t have anything to show for it. This is the only way for them to get an honest review from McDonald’s corporation.
I understand it makes the individuals behind you wait longer for their order. But that is not your fault that is McDonald’s fault.

The restaurant has a bad smell, the employees are not friendly, the manager immediately told me that the restaurant was closed when I entered the store, the trash cans were full of garbage and the service was very unpleasant, the bathrooms were dirty and smelly, I do not recommend it at all December 18, 2024 at 9:49 pm

Prices were 30% higher than Expected… Ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and wound up with a biscuit instead… Staff was cheerful and amazing… I did not return to fix my order as I had no time…
