Came thru the drive thru the lady was pretty yelling at me. I ordered two cheese burgers no onions and bbq sauce. It's on my receipt but no bbq sauce in the bag kind of mad they still forgetting stuff we ordered. Food was also cold not good at all.

The customers service at this store is ridiculous. As a fellow fast food worker I get having a bad day but NEVER take it out on your customers. My husband and I came in today to get food. We got pulled up which I get it if something there’s to be dropped etc.. but they forgot to give us our drinks. We went in with our receipt and the girl at the front counter was extremely rude. It took us getting the manger involved in order to be able to get our drinks. I lost likely will not be coming back to this location. As my experience with as absolutely horrible

Last visit, it was overly salty burgers and cold fries. This time, both the fries were undercooked, greasy, limp, like no crisp whatsoever. Despite that, I appreciate the fellow in the window who pleasantly replaced the fries. I could tell he may have been frustrated from people complaining about them.

I went in with a special order and Kevin exceeded my expectations. Not only was my hamburger size Big Mac delicious, I was impressed with how Kevin listened to me and met my needs. He was also doing a wonderful job training someone. All the food was served hot and the fries were great. I highly recommend this location.

Fast food orders get really sloppy or missung stuff all the time but my daughters went and picked up an order and everything was so neat and whoever made my filet o fish extra tartar sauce sandwich made it so presentable! Great job!!! Friday 12/13/24 around 7 pm.

Never usually have a problem with them but the food was lukewarm at best when I got home (3 min away) and my burger looked like this
They treated me well. Food was made for me, hot and fresh even after I came home to eat 15mins later. Thank you.
