I was in the drive thru and i over hear a BIG white man antagonizing/ trying to argue with a teenage girl. I even tried to ask why was he talking to her like that. Doesn't seem like a safe work environment with workers like that. Shameful

Sent my friend to pick me up a big breakfast meal this morning around 6:40am just for my food to get here and not be nearly hot which kinda sound impossible due to them just opening early morning. I ate my hash brown first which wasn’t hot at all then my eggs and sausage together. Broke off a piece of biscuit for it to be dry and tough. I then realized what I missing which was my pancakes and that’s horrible because that’s the main thing that comes with this breakfast even without getting big breakfast. Yes I was pissed because its simple mistakes people make by moving to fast. Neither did they put syrup in the bag. No one wants to spend money for a half ass job yall do. I’ve tried calling several times just got to machine to say mailbox is too full and try again later.

I went thru the drive-thru yesterday and the line was almost to the road but it moved QUICK. The lady taking orders/payment was Amazing. Super fun and cheery but still aware of the line. I wish I would have seen her name tag, best service I've had in a while.

No toilet paper, no soap, no sanitizer, mess in the restroom. Unreasonably long wait time for the order despite the restaurant operating at only 10% capacity, which contradicts the establishment's stated principles.

Came thru the drive thru the lady was pretty yelling at me. I ordered two cheese burgers no onions and bbq sauce. It's on my receipt but no bbq sauce in the bag kind of mad they still forgetting stuff we ordered. Food was also cold not good at all.

The customers service at this store is ridiculous. As a fellow fast food worker I get having a bad day but NEVER take it out on your customers. My husband and I came in today to get food. We got pulled up which I get it if something there’s to be dropped etc.. but they forgot to give us our drinks. We went in with our receipt and the girl at the front counter was extremely rude. It took us getting the manger involved in order to be able to get our drinks. I lost likely will not be coming back to this location. As my experience with as absolutely horrible
