Terrible service, they will ignore you until you make it very known you are there the past 5 times I’ve been there my order has been wrong and they try to tell you that you ordered what they gave you.

I love going to this McDonald’s! The play area is always clean and my kids have a blast, our food is always cooked to perfection, and all the employees are always so kind and helpful towards us :)

Wait time one food is far to long to be “fast” food. There is absolutely no customer service from cash register to management. Everyone could use a serious crash course in the way things should be run in a fast food establishment. Employees are rude and act like they really don’t wanna be there.

I’m literally sitting in the drive thru. Two lanes. Not moving at all. I’ve been here for 25 minutes. If I hadn’t already paid for my order through the app, I’d have left by now. This is ridiculous.

This place is slowwwww in service. No one was out front when I came in to get my mobile order.
Soo…my wife got a Diet Coke and I swear there was either whiskey or rum in it. She did not try it until we were down the road and did not go back to report it but beware!!!

I came inside to be waited on it took me saying hello a couple of times for someone to see me and then for a quarter pounder meal it took 15 minutes for me to even get my order That's ridiculous nobody at the front counters, I'm not sure who's running this McDonald's but the front count should be manned or at least looked at every so often and there was nobody else in line just me and another customer waiting for a doordash holder 2:00 in the afternoon that is just ridiculous

Waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru before they even got to me at the speaker, then when it was my turn they skipped me 3 times for the cars in the other lane and I waited an additional 10 mins. Then they were rude at the speaker and the window.
Put the fries in the bag! Hit up one of the 4 other McD's in the area instead of this one
