Nobody at the counter for 10 minutes, was forced to use the screen to place our order. Took almost 20 minutes for our food that we had had already paid for. Had to go to the counter to grab the food instead of them bringing it out. Then the order was completely wrong. Worst experience ever.

Ordered with table number. They to lasy to bring to table. They s ream the table number. I got a burger with no bottom bun. Went up to ask for the bun. Nothing but attitude. Was mad like it was my fault you can fo your job correctly. Asked for extra salt on fries. I got none at all. The coke was horrible. Dumped it. Had a mcchicken. Took one bite spit it out. Tasted extremely old. The place was empty not busy at all. Paper all over the floors. Tables were all needing to be wiped off. The place was filthy. The service was horrible. And the food was pathetically horrible. I love mcdonalds. In fact I've been to mcdonalds in 46 states. It's my favorite place to go. This location I will never waste my time with again. Horrible experience. And a waste of money. Piss poor management. Piss poor staff. Would be a nice location. But when ran by lazy people it just ruins it all. They all seem mad about somthing. I went at around 430 pm march 17 2025. First and last time. That saddens me cause I love mcdonalds. I eat there more then the next 20 people I know combined. Just not a good location to go to. Avoid at all cost as long as current staff is working.

Garbage. Pay near $6 for a sandwich and I don't even get the right egg on the advertising. Frappe didn't even have ice so it either sat on the counter for that long waiting on someone to order it or no one out Ice in the hopper. I used to work at a McDonald's this isn't hard to do. $11 bucks spent miserably

Ate at this location for the first time, because it was Sunday and Chick-fil-A was closed. I didn’t expect it to be on the same level as CFA, but holy hell, it was bad. Took 2 bites, and it was all gristle. So in the trash it went. Look at the pic… I mean what is that?

Y’all need to go ahead and shut the doors and stop wasting everybody’s time with your double dropping ass greasy ass french fries! How are you gonna tell somebody to pull up wait 10 minutes for fresh french fries and then they be cold! The only thing I enjoyed about my visit was leaving.

just got 6 burgers and a large fry. that’s it. waited 30 minutes between them forgetting my order by the time i got to the window, and then pulling me forward only to give 5 cars after me their food at the window. absolutely ridiculous. gave my boyfriend attitude at the speaker because he specified which burger , just unnecessary. take the order, read it back, take payment, give food. mcdonald’s was created on fast cheap food and i just paid $19 to wait like 5x the amount it’s gonna take us to eat these tiny burgers.
Just got food thru the drive thru girl gave me attitude for having the wrong drink and no sauce for my nuggets. Don’t think it’s brain surgery to get orders right.

The entire restaurant is flooding. Yet, they have to stay open because why? Are you waiting for food poisoning or someone to slip and fall or get electrocuted? Water is coming out of the lights, ceiling tiles, access panels...all over. I can't believe that the McDonald's I used to know, would allow this to take place.

Horrible crew, food, and service. Very rude when taking my order. Cashier looked at me and spilt my drink and whistled to get my attention. Disgusting and should be fired immediately. Honestly pathetic that was allowed and the managers said nothing

Who would have thought that you would be pulled curbside for 25 minutes to wait on (2) large fries ONLY!!!!! And when they decided to show up the fries are not even fresh! SMH. Never again
