The food is usually good, but is inconsistent and it's getting more expensive. Sometimes the burgers are dry, the fried chicken in the breakfast sandwiches are rubbery and gross with somethingslimey in the middle (that happens so often I no longer order it). I do like some of the meal deals or specials they run. The coffee options are good.

Last night about 9:00 came by, ordered quarter pound w cheese. The service was so bad, first she did not want to give me a reciept, got to next window the guy gave me someone else order. Person in car in front of me got my order. Then instead of cooking me a new order they gave me food already laying around. I had to ask for straw, napkins my drink. Bad SERVICE 4 PEOPLE THERE, did not know what they were doing...I will not be coming back! Manager do something I CAN NOT BE THE ONLY ONE this happens to.....

My boyfriend and I used the app to order, get to the drive thru and were told the system is down. We explained we ordered on the app and it’s processed and we were REFUSED service. I had to go inside because the app switched it to inside pick up after we gave the cashier the code. It then took another FIFTEEEN minutes to get our food (the Mobil order had been placed 10 minutes ago at this rate) this isn’t the first time this McDonald’s has had horrible service.

Ordered two chicken biscuits only to find two sausage egg McMuffin’s nowhere close to my order and all the manager could say was mistakes happen. They always makes mistakes I hadn’t been there in years because of their nasty attitude and the one day I decided to give them another try this happens their customer service SUCKS and they never have to worry about my business or dollars again I’ll frive out of my way next time

Parking: if it is busy in the driveway thru lane , then you are also blocking people in a parking space that is located inside
Kid-friendliness: I do see children playing there
Wheelchair accessibility: yes wheelchair accessible and bathroom as well but still a bit smaller than there places
The lady that is built like Captain Dubois(didn’t have her uniform on), needs to be fired. Racist and rude as soon as we got there. Place needs to be shut down. Go to Zaxbys instead.

This is quite possibly the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. The staff appears to go out of their way to find the lowest quality of not only human beings but workers as well. This situation is, of course, a testament to the management, which could at best be described as bottom-tier.
McDonald's doesn't have the best reputation, but this particular franchise effectively makes the entire McDonald's brand look even worse in almost every way possible.
If you're considering visiting this location, I would advise that as long as you don't expect your order to be correct, your food to be warm, management to fulfill their duties, or employees to be mildly professional, you should be fine. Just manage your expectations: set the bar low, and you'll do okay here.
