Went through the drive thru today and waited 10 minutes at the speaker to order, pulled up to the window and the lady was one her phone so I sat there another 5 minutes waiting for her to even acknowledge I was there. Terrible service and attitude, never going here again!

This is the slowest and worse McD to go to. They are understaffed and take forever to get order. This was the first time going to a drive thru and told to come inside to order.

Ordered a smoothie and they didn’t say anything at the speaker or when we paid for it, but at the window lets us know they can’t give us one or we might get sick. Then wouldn’t give us a refund unless we come inside because of their drive time, but we came through the drive thru for a reason. So we just left without a refund since they wouldn’t do it at the window. Just really inconvenient.

This is the worst McDonald's we have ever encountered. Slow service, burnt refried fish fake filet with greasy mayo dripping off the bun, I guess to try to give it moisture back and Mac- not greasy dried up fries. The staff manager appeared to have just gotten off the bus from Kensington. And......the bathrooms were nasty!! The staff was very busy doing nothing.

Sat in the drive thru this morning for 30 mins. When we did get to the speaker, she said please wait for 10 mins. We ordered when she was ready and they said they weren't serving lunch. We asked what time lunch started because it was 11:03. Lunch starts at 10:30 right? She never answered us and wouldn't get back on the intercom. We left. They turned everyone in line away pretty much. Worst McDonald's in Phenix City, we've had issues with thus location multiple times. This will be our last visit to this location.

Always have systems down. Can never take the McDonalds codes. Rude people. One of the worst McDonald’s
The food is usually good, but is inconsistent and it's getting more expensive. Sometimes the burgers are dry, the fried chicken in the breakfast sandwiches are rubbery and gross with somethingslimey in the middle (that happens so often I no longer order it). I do like some of the meal deals or specials they run. The coffee options are good.

My dogs love to go to McDonalds for an ice cream cones. WHY is it so difficult to put the machine together that makes cones. I hate it. They are super lazy I guess.

Last night about 9:00 came by, ordered quarter pound w cheese. The service was so bad, first she did not want to give me a reciept, got to next window the guy gave me someone else order. Person in car in front of me got my order. Then instead of cooking me a new order they gave me food already laying around. I had to ask for straw, napkins my drink. Bad SERVICE 4 PEOPLE THERE, did not know what they were doing...I will not be coming back! Manager do something I CAN NOT BE THE ONLY ONE this happens to.....
