The food is usually good, but is inconsistent and it's getting more expensive. Sometimes the burgers are dry, the fried chicken in the breakfast sandwiches are rubbery and gross with somethingslimey in the middle (that happens so often I no longer order it). I do like some of the meal deals or specials they run. The coffee options are good.

I don't like how fast food will have you pull over to wait for your order just to keep their drive thru times down. In reality it's not helping the customer's experience.
