Today I went in to pick up dinner and I had a free cup of queso for joining the app. It was set to expire on September 3. Because the staff could not get it to scan in the store, they would not let me get the queso, even though they had already poured in the bowl. I showed the team member the coupon and the QR code and when she couldn't get it to work, she told me to use my points instead. I did not want to waste my points on something that was supposed to be free. I asked for the manager. The gentleman that came over with very kind and apologetic however was unable to get it to work either. Again, he took the queso out of my bag and said I'm sorry. Very disappointing customer service. Train your people better.

I love Moe's but damn..
I've come to this location a handful of times now and it's just not good, ever. Today I got a burrito and all the rice inside it was hard like it was undercooked. Ruined the entire meal. That's after spending $20+ for a burrito, chips, a drink, the smallest side of queso and a tip for the person making the food. Complete waste of money and super disappointing.

There were about 3 young men working in here during my visit and they were amazing! They greeted us when we walked in, made our bowls exactly the way asked, and ended with smile. Great customer service here.

I enjoy Moe's but this location is the worst. I can't wait for the new Chipotle down the road to open and put this sad Moe's out of business. I regularly get small portions, there's always something going on with their register. Gift cards, coupons, rewards points etc always seem to shove a banana up their tailpipes. The manager (?) seems like he hates his life.

I've been to Moe's in about 5 different states. This is the worst one. I don't how it's possible to mess up Moe's but this place seems to figure it out. I was told once that this was a "concept" Moe's, whatever that means.... it's just not as good as any of the others.

Visited the location twice around 8:15 to grab a bite after a works and they are closed both times. Hours list closing at 9:00 pm but they are locking doors and cleaning up at 8. If they are in fact closed at 8 please update your hours

Ordering on the app was a breeze and our meal was promptly prepared. The restaurant was clean and inviting, with pleasant employees. We'll happily eat there again.
Parking: The restaurant shares a parking lot with neighboring businesses but still plenty of spaces.
Kid-friendliness: Kids definitely welcomed. Just like any other Moe’s.
Wheelchair accessibility: Door is on ground level and plenty of room inside.
