Just went by here. Restaurant was completely trashed. Old food and cups on counter tops, drink machine area had splashed drinks all over the counter tops. It was 80+ degrees inside. Food looks like it's been sitting out for hours with no one even attempting to stir it and to top it all off the employees making the burritos didn't even drain off any excess liquid from the pico so I now have a soup instead of a burrito. I will never come back here as it has to be the worst moes in the tri state area.

I have never liked this location. The rice is always undercooked and they yelled at my husband during open hours. He simply walked it and they were like “Wee CLOOOOSED”. But since they have continued to be the WORST restaurant in my area. This was my food yesterday, barely a spoon full of rice but 2 servings of lettuce lol not to mention the chicken I paid extra for is slacking. Paid $32 dollars for this and my daughters mean which was literally just rice and chicken.
Go here alot, food and service is great. Workers are wonderful people. But there is no reason the AC should take weeks to fix in the southern heat. God bless the workers standing in front of the hot grill, im surprised nobody has heat stroke yet. Will change review if they ever fix it.

04/09 Came in for an Uber order at 9:15, they tried to tell me they were closed when they don't close until 10. They had the open sign off and were rushing customers.

I was greeted, the other guys there didn’t seem too interested in helping people. But Georgia was a smiling face and the best customer service I’ve ever received at a Moe’s in 20 yrs .. she made it all better. Y’all need to fast track her to a manager.

Came in to pick up a to go order that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes before I arrived. They had not started the order yet and were making other orders so I just asked for a refund, after much back and forth and a young girl being very rude the gentleman informed me that none of the employees working knew how to do a refund and the manager wasn't answering their calls. I was told the manager would call me to process the refund the next day. I have called 4 times in since and they dont answer the phone. It has been 4 days and I have had zero communication from Moes Phenix city. I just want my money!

I went into this Moe's in Phenix city Ala, yesterday on a quick lunch break , when I walk in I was greeted , I was waiting in line the young lady said give me a few I'll be right with you I said okay thank you . As I was waiting three guys walk in behind me , so the young lady notice that the line was getting full so she walk to the back to get another girl to come out to help , she came out and wash her hands and came up skip over me and ask the guy can I help you, so I said excuse me ma'am I'm next in line she just ignore me so I repeated myself she did the same thing so the manager notice what was going so she came in and fix my food which she didn't wash her hands . So I explain to her what her employee did, she responds was she's in training . I said I understand the but that don't give her the right to look over me and take another person order, ( if you can read between the line). But anyway I will never go back to that location I'll go to the Columbus location which is close to my house . Also they barely wanted to give you a good serving of meat .

I quite literally never leave negative reviews, and I hardly ever complain about restaurants. But this Moe‘s location is absolutely terrible, and it is consistently that way, which is why I am leaving this review. It never fails with this location, that they are out of ingredients or just have terrible customer service, if not a combination of the two. I have tried to patronize this location and given them the benefit of the doubt, but after yet another unsuccessful attempt to get what I wanted for dinner tonight, I have given up on this Moe’s and will not even consider it an option going forward. Management here should most definitely look into retraining staff on how to interact with customers and how to keep items in stock.

Today I went in to pick up dinner and I had a free cup of queso for joining the app. It was set to expire on September 3. Because the staff could not get it to scan in the store, they would not let me get the queso, even though they had already poured in the bowl. I showed the team member the coupon and the QR code and when she couldn't get it to work, she told me to use my points instead. I did not want to waste my points on something that was supposed to be free. I asked for the manager. The gentleman that came over with very kind and apologetic however was unable to get it to work either. Again, he took the queso out of my bag and said I'm sorry. Very disappointing customer service. Train your people better.

Not good. Steak was tough and lacking flavor. Chipotle is down the street so hopefully that’s better.
Rice is hard and not cooked long enough. It’s been like this for me most of the time these past few months
