Every time I’ve recently ordered delivery it’s been outsourced to DoorDash. If I wanted a random person to handle my food I’d just use DoorDash. I will no longer be purchasing from papa John’s. The company is taking the cheap route to outsource delivery yet they still charge a 5.99 fee . Sales will decline like crazy unless they regain integrity . Pay their delivery drivers and stop outsourcing!

Pizza was burnt crust all torn under bottom and no sauce on pizza. 20 minute drive was a waste. Called them they said bring it back and they would remake it but not worth the drive. Never will see my funds again.

We have ordered from this location twice, and both times multiple items were missing from our order. On our first visit, we didn't notice until we had gotten home, so we checked before we left on our most recent visit. They left off toppings for which we had paid extra, but they were kind enough to remake the pizza. They also did not give us the extra sauce cups we paid for. When we asked about them, they were put upside down in the pizza boxes. When we opened the box at home, they were the incorrect sauces. The food is good, but the staff could give a bit more attention to detail. Check your order accuracy before you leave!
Absolutely awful service in every which direction. I called to make an order they send you to an automatic system to take payment that does not work and every time reroute you which I was rerouted to the operator three different times, and every which time they sent me back to that same automatic system everybody was rude never again.
