We have ordered from this location twice, and both times multiple items were missing from our order. On our first visit, we didn't notice until we had gotten home, so we checked before we left on our most recent visit. They left off toppings for which we had paid extra, but they were kind enough to remake the pizza. They also did not give us the extra sauce cups we paid for. When we asked about them, they were put upside down in the pizza boxes. When we opened the box at home, they were the incorrect sauces. The food is good, but the staff could give a bit more attention to detail. Check your order accuracy before you leave!

Absolutely awful service in every which direction. I called to make an order they send you to an automatic system to take payment that does not work and every time reroute you which I was rerouted to the operator three different times, and every which time they sent me back to that same automatic system everybody was rude never again.

The staff seemed to be working hard. Theyalso seemed to be working hardened not smarter. They were very busy. I got my pizza 45 min after it was scheduled to be ready and I called my order in.

The food was cold and hard like it was a hot and ready pizza but it was ready but not hot.....
The driver dropped my food I called the manager he was very rude and said I could either reorder my food or get free food he said it's only food ma'am but it was more than that he never apologized and acted like it didn't matter if I got it my food and how much money I spent I ended up paying 21.00 for cheese bread want ever order from them again what has happened to customer service
