The driver dropped my food I called the manager he was very rude and said I could either reorder my food or get free food he said it's only food ma'am but it was more than that he never apologized and acted like it didn't matter if I got it my food and how much money I spent I ended up paying 21.00 for cheese bread want ever order from them again what has happened to customer service

I never leave reviews. The pizza tonight wasn’t great all. The Works pizza barely had any toppings & NO TOPPINGS after a 1/4 of the pizza down. My other pizza wasn’t even sliced.

We had trouble with online ordering and I asked the guy that came to counter could he show me how it worked. He said very rudely that he had never used it and did not attempt to help me.He took my order and became agitated when I didn’t know I had to push and arrow instead the green button for the next screen.When I came back in to pick up the pizza he was gone and a nice younger guy was there. He did not wait on me immediately and even put two labels on the pizza box before giving me my pizza that was ready, but did say thank you.I am older and feel that the older guy just didn’t want to wait on me.The pizza was good. Service needs to be taught to the older guy. Thanks.
