If you want good food you can go a lot of places for that but if you want good service go to Popeyes for both..... Miss.NARVECHIA is is the best hostess I've ever had at the drive-thru window she is very friendly makes you feel welcome she makes you laugh !!!! with a positive attitude to brighten your day!!!!

I went through the drive-thru.

The food was warm, not hot. They were shorthanded. The drink machine out front is still broken and the one in the back is flat. The man working the register threw the fries back in the fry bin when he got our order wrong and had quite an attitude with me about the drink machines. The woman monitoring the fry Bonn was eating the fries as she packaged up food. The wait was long.

We stopped by on a Friday evening. The manager was super attentive and even brought out our food. Everything was fresh and the service was great.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the most friendly ladies, they were genuinely happy to see us! And they were very patient with us deciding what to order. The food was fresh, juicy and delicious! Thank you ladies for a wonderful lunch. We’ll be back!

I order date July 10,2025 my chicken was raw! I waited over 30 minutes for a 8 piece chicken and fries. Customer service was 10/10 but the food was Uncooked

7/4/25 pretending to be closed at 9:30 pm after I placed an online order and paid! We saw employees inside walking around through the drive thru window. They would not answer the phone or come to the speaker. Seemed like they all moved their cars to the church parking lot and turned off all the lights.

The Hwy 80 location was awesome and took our order instead! Shoutout to the AM working that night at the 80 location.
