You have 1 job getting work and cook chicken. Not a hard job not stressful either because people order chicken you make chicken you hand them chicken. But no I go to order at 1145am and we ain't open yet because we got a late start. Wow it's a dam good thing your not protecting this country because you dam sure couldn't get to work in time. What a sorry place. Just go on welfare I'm sure you would show up to the building on time to get your free hand outs. Popeyes is too much for you.

Waited in line for 25 minutes! There were only 3 cars in line and the restaurant was empty. This is ridiculous for ‘fast food’. I left and went next door to Wendy’s. I ordered my food and left while the same cars were still in the Popeye’s drive through. This restaurant owner needs to understand that with as many choices within walking distance, including chicken, the staff/restaurant need to be competitive and much better trained.
25 minutes for three cars and an empty store is just crazy!!!

ordered in drive thru 10/02/24 around 8pm & they cut me off and told me they were “out of sandwiches for the night” , then when i asked to order an extra biscuit i was rudely told that i already get a biscuit with my order , & my sprite tastes like nothing but straight CO2 . seems to be a common theme with this location from all the other reviews i’ve seen …

Arrived at establishment at 7:56CST on 7 Sept and tried to go in but all doors were locked yet their listed hours show 11pm close (10pm for drive thru.) There were zero signs on either door offering an explanation on why the dining room was closed. They were still receiving drive through customers but employee completely ignored 3 people at either door. Fix your posted hours or get a crew that won't close your dining area 3 hours before closing time. And no, after the locked doors and the ignoring employee I was no longer interested in spending money in the drive thru at a restaurant that works like that. Been all over the US and had great food and service from Popeyes franchises, but in the last few years their service and food quality went to crap. Do better.

I appreciate the fresh tenders and I don’t always have a bad experience but customer service was definitely horrible! the crew from 7/8/24 around 5pm was the worse! & if yall cant make the frozen lemonade right just tell the customer so we can just get a regular drink instead of a watered down looking drink. My whole experience tonight was a hot mess!! do better!

It's refreshing to go into a place where you can tell the group knows what they are doing. Smooth transition of taking order and presenting the food. Food was also fresh and delicious. Thank you to this team tonight!
