Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We stopped by to get supper, 10 piece family meal, with 4 biscuits and cole slaw as the side and also popcorn shrimp (shrimp only). We live about 25 minutes from this Popeyes abd when we got home, there was no coleslaw and maybe 8 small pieces of the shrimp, but counting the breading only.
We're really disappointed in this Popeyes (not the first time either) and will not go back anytime soon.

This is the first time I've been happy with this particular store, under new management, they card reader works again and the food came out timely with a smile. Great job

Ordered 12 Family meal and trusted i got whet i ordered. I received everything but 3 thighs. I ordered a 12 pc and received 9 pc. I guess that is what I get for trusting others.

This is 2 nights in a row. This Isn't sauce. This is supposed to be signature hot sauce and it's just oil and I told the lady that and she just put more on there for me and it's still some motherfawcking oil.

Horrible customer service! I ordered 5 pieces of chicken with 2 regular sides and was told the biscuits were finishing up in the oven. So I pulled around to wait. I waited over 35 mins. just sitting in my car with emergency lights on. 35 mins later a worker came to my car and told me he has an order for Ken. I told him no I've been waiting on my order for over 35 mins. So he said he would check on my order. I had to wait another 10mins. Once my food was finally brought out, the guy said sorry for the wait I put a dessert bowl in the bag. That was nice of him but as I was checking my food in the bag, my food was not hot at all. It felt as though it has been left sitting for a while. I had no condiments. I will not be coming back to this location. I don't recommend this location to anyone.

I only got a drink because there is absolutely not one healthy option on the menu. Others in my group got chicken sandwiches and said they were good. The dining room seems unused with only a couple booths and the bar top seating available. The large corner booth was piled with posters.

I had a great experience at Popeyes in Ladonia during a drive-thru visit! Treasure and Quan provided excellent customer service, making the process smooth and fast. My order was ready quickly, and they ensured everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be back for more!

The wait time is too long, Dine in or drive through. The staff seems to be socializing with each other versus taking care of customers. This particular location might need more staff or better management.
